What about that old Silk Road wallet that has been inactive for 4 years? It just started moving money around again, maybe they started to sell. Either that or Bitcoin Diamond pump and dump being arbitraged as mentioned.

Still, calling BCD the "coin of the day" is laughable. It's a piece of trash. It will dump back down to nothing soon enough.

Its a useless shitcoin,and it got pumped 150%. That's a lot,and unnecessary, don't get why it was pumped amongst other shitcoins.

They moved those coins and bought BCD? A hard to believe story, the reason for this must be something else.

Its stupid for the price to go this high just for getting listed, after all its only a shitcoin fork.

Nah, I meant more that they moved those coins and sold them for fiat, dropping the price, triggering a chain of stop-losses, and then the dump down to $6,950 that we saw earlier, with the BCD pump-and-dump just being coincidental timing.

Not saying that did happen though, just speculating.

I wouldn't bother with any of the Bitcoin Diamonds out there.

So if you see a green BCD or BTCD or whatever the hell they are calling themselves these days, run the other way as it's just a pump and dump game.

If you can take advantage of it then sell all the bitcoin diamond that you have an forget about that coin, do not make the mistake of buying that coin now that is so expensive, what you are seeing is nothing more than a pump and dump and you do not want to be the person holding a huge stash of a worthless coin.

I am wondering too why the spike in price on a day when almost every other coin significantly dipped, 150 percent growth, let's hope it is not some pump and dump scheme

Don't jump in this trap :). It's just a trap of the whales or maybe trap of Binance founder to collect more money from FOMOers :))). I think it's impossible for a cryptocurrency to increase so many percents in just a short time at the moment so it's clearly just a trap. Stop thinking about investing your money in BCD.

And after just a few days the price of bitcoin diamond crashed which is not really surprising, I wonder how many people felt on the trap of thinking that bitcoin diamond will go up for a lot of time only to discover that they bought at the very top of the market and that is going to be very difficult for them to recover their money in the next weeks or even months.

It's good as a pump and dump coin, nothing more than that. Bitcoin gold is another crap variant that whales are taking advantage of, they can't do the same with Diamond so only one shitcoin fork will survive.
