Title: Bitcoin drops 2% in the month of September
Post by: Fmradio98 on September 05, 2018, 06:15:20 PM
Within the past 30 minutes, the Bitcoin price has dropped by more than 2 percent from $7,400 to $6,950, pushing tokens and other major cryptocurrencies to record large losses.
Ethereum, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, and EOS recorded 6 to 7 percent losses as Bitcoin failed to maintain momentum in the $7,400 range.

Wow, most of the crypto-currencies now lost over 10%, ETH, BCH, and EOS are down 15%, Bitcoin, however, managed to stay around 7k.
I can see a lot of chart analysis failure now from different people.

This year kill all altcoins, ETH drops to about $ 240 and much more while the price of bitcoin is about 7,000.
With all that is happening in the market, I expect that the dump in altcoin will lead to a further decline in Bitcoin but in the long-term, we will get rid of many of these shitcoins.
Btw: the price has fallen around 1% of last week's[1] while -15.30% for ETH, -14.92% for XPR.

Perhaps the correction is not yet over but I do not understand why he did not continue to grow it did not prevent it.
A 2% drop is nothing for Bitcoin we've seen it countless times already it's like going one step back nothing to worry about.

The interesting part is how greatly affected all alts every time Bitcoin suffer a small loss causing Bitcoin's dominance go up to 55%.

My guess is the silkroad holder who moved 11k BTC to exchanges might've started the dump together with other traders (weak hands).

I hope as soon as possible bitcoin will up again this month of september , most of the people now when september cames price will grow but it's okay because it's only 5 days when september came. I hope this following week we always see price pump like in the last year 2017.  Bitcoin drops is always big on the altcoins because they are base on bitcoin value.

Is there any fucking reason for this dump to be happening? Don't tell me this is because of the stupid ETF. I sense this is because of the ETH rewards dropping down to 2 ETH? Fuck it, people just have to react to everything than respond, after all, its all a "volatile" market.

Yes direct reason is that Goldman and Sachs are delaying launch of his crypto trading tool
Lets see will bitcoin defend 6800$ and will rise again or we will go down
Personally i think will be yet another attack on 7500$

2% dropped in 30 minutes should be taken seriously. It's just a normal scenario you will see in bitcoin price movement. You can even see a crazy pump in just a span of 15m to 1h. And I don't see it as a failed momentum to $7,400. Our reference point of momentum now should build around $7,000+ after sitting in below $6,000 way back several weeks.

I think you just created your own thread title which is not really making sense. Much better if you just used the header of the link you provided instead.

Is that really the direct reason? There must be a better reason than that, I reckon. That reason also appears like it came from a small bitcoin news media site hehehe.

Maybe this was a delayed dump that kept occuring every month after the CME's bitcoin futures expiry.

I think there is nothing to worry about with the rapid decline in bitcoin even down until I see 12% today, as well as ETH, BCH and other alt coins.
this is common in the crypto world so keep calm friend.
