Title: The most useless coin in top 100 on coinmarketcap?
Post by: mightwalker on September 05, 2018, 09:46:01 PM
The reason why I create this topic is most of us buy a coin based on suggestions by someone we not familiar on the Internet or follow the crowd. This is so true with this coin that I’ll point out below:

Dogecoin is created at the end of 2013 based on Litecoin’s codebase with unlimited of total supply. The idea based on a meme with the same name. This coin is just like a joke but made the crypto world crazy through Reddit and social network. This is an example of a coin with no technology behind it whose price is decided by the community’s belief

We also have most of the ERC20 out there. It's very easy to both create a token and have an idea but teams always fail to deliver. We have almost a dozen of projects that are built for the same thing, for example Monaco, TenX, Centra etc. all want to deliver  debit cards so we can spend our cryptos in our every day lives but we haven't seen anything yet. Sadly, it used to be about creating a revolution and the technology and now It's all about the money.

This just proves one of the basic principles of every currency: consensus about future value. If enough people believe that they currency they have will be valuable in the future, it will. It is all it takes to be successful. Look at paper money. All that paper money has is this consensus. We all believe that the paper money we use every day will be valuable tomorrow. Despite the fact that the government changes the rules as they deem appropriate and increases the total supply as they please. The technology is just a plus. If there is no technology, any currency can still function as a currency just based on this consensus of value.

From the numerous experience I have gotten from ICO and empty promises well composed in the whitepaper that will never be executed by  the term. I am not move by most of the project unless I identify  a trustworthy person in the term and among the backers and advisory board.

I think that the moat useless coin in on coinmarketcap, no hard feelings is bitcoincash. I really can't even tell why I have so much dislike for the coin, but I think it is one hell of a joke. I don't see the purpose of its creation, and it would have been best if it wasn't created. I would like to advise anyone not to get involved with the shitty coin.

At least 95% of existing coins will not be in a few years. For most coins there is nothing but marketing.

i believe you're making a good point here, specifically speaking about the dogecoin, its price fluctuates due to community sentiments. the crypto traders are responsible for controlling the prices of these coins.

What?
DOGE is useless, aren't you wrong?

Look at how the DOGE has become the best coin for crypotcurrency, just imagine when you have 1 Bitcoin at 1 Satoshi for DOGE and then go up to 2 Satoshi and then your Bitcoin has become 2.

Your profits are 100% !!!

First of all, I think that once the coin hit the top 100, it is not useless. Secondly, to know which coin of the top 100 is the most useless, you need to be very well versed in all projects. And this is a lot of information
