I'm a newbie here and I'm posting or commenting on some threads. I notice that every posts I made after that it increases my activity, but I notice 2 days ago my activity doesnt increase even I am posting or commenting?

Activity only increases by 14 every period of 2 weeks (14 days).

Also, why the rush? Now you need merit to rank up beyond Jr. Member. Having tons of activity is useless.

I hope these newbies read the sticky thread first before they going to make a thread because this question is already been asked many times here in the forum.

Explore every stickies in the forum and carefully read the link above. One post per day is enough to continously increase your activity count. Merit should not be disregarded. Make some quality post mate.

You can only get 14 activity in a two weeks period.

When we consider the activity review with posts, it takes roughly 14 days for you to get 14 activities. After the 14 days, you continue with another 14 days with posts to reach in all 28 posts for 28 days.

Before you do whatever, read the guidelins  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0) and  rules  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0)if you haven't done this till now.
If it happen that you have already read them before, read them again. It helps a lot to keep your account clean - no red trust and no bans.

Activity has its limits. You cannot exceed your post in a week. As I observed, 7 activities are counted per week so basically even you posted so many times it will not be counted as activity if you alread reach the limit in a week.

Dont know where you from, but i think the stickies quoted in earlier posts are also translated in your native language on the local board of your country on this forum.

It is depends on how many points of activity you can get at the moment: every two weeks you have 14 points. If you spent all of them your activity won't grow.

If you have used all the activity points you can get before the 2 weeks ends then your activity points won't increase. As provided by tryninja 14 is all activity points which is 1 per day if you decide to increase your activity points 1 per day, increasing activity points within a day or two is discouraged in the forum as you may spam the forum.

Active is not only equivalent to the number of posts, but also related to your registration time.
You may be newly registered, you will need to wait for the next cycle to update your active value.

Just be patient.Time will solve your first problem Newbie to Jr member.But next thing will not be easy unless you are good writer.You will be jr member eventually after 1 month.then you will need merits to be a member.
