Why do you need my full address? Is it required by the mobile carrier?

I nearly made use of it today, but stopped at the point you asked for that information. A key benefit of Bitcoin is that you shouldn't need all my personal information for such digital purchases.

Heck, it's pretty annoying I even need an *account* on your site to make use of it.

I did try a small topup as a test, shortly after topping up I received a text "Congratulations! The PIN" and then nothing else. Was this from your service? Was I supposed to receive a top up PIN or something? I'm not sure how this works. The topup does not appear to have been applied automatically. My order ID is 176164329.

However I must say I am curious/concerned how you guys charge so little. For example a $20 topup costs just $20. How do you make money on that? Especially when you factor in Bitcoin and conversion fees and what have you.

I just did the "rapid mobile top up" from the main page, and it all worked fine there (including login during that process), I topped up successfully. :)

it's only clicking "sign in" in the top right, and trying to login from the /my-account/ page that doesn't seem to work.

P.S., your price is a bit steep, I only noticed the actual BTC conversion after I paid:

20 GBP = 34.11 USD cost of 0.0936 BTC.

At current coindesk price 0.0936 BTC is 58 USD / £33............!!! ???

Over 50%. That's quite a markup.

Maybe you/bitpay charged me 34.12 GBP instead of 34.12 USD as it should have been?

Your site is not working at all. No buttons work on the login page or signup. And your homepage is not showing the usual drop down boxes for voucher selection. Have tried in all browsers on 2 machines, same thing.

do not use this service. made a topup they failed to load the sim and they don`t want to refund instead asking me to topup another number...i only have 1 number and i m not gonna go down on the street asking people to topup their phones for cheaper. shit service.

We do have currency option when you open an account, however, it's only limited to 3 major currencies USD, GBP and EUR.

The reason why we do not offer refund is due the large swing of volatility (until now) in digital currencies.

We are protecting our business and customers in this scenario - customer(s) buying the top up and the bitcoin price at that time is high. Then the customer decide to ask for a refund but bitcoin price is lower than the original transaction (vice versa).

I hope everyone appreciate our predicament. Nevertheless, we are happy to help our customers resolving any issues they may have.  ;D
