Maybe Facebook, Google, Amazon will join to Twitter to contribute, develop and promote the blockchain technology. I am sure that IT specialists from Twitter understand that the blockchain technology is very progressive and useful for solving various tasks. I think we should monitor the further actions of Twitter concerning this subject. By the way right now market and investors do not reflect anything on the intention of Twitter and it means that they are not sure about how Twitter's intention is serious.

Plus the chances for it being a scam will be low too since we already know Twitter is a legit platform.
