If you want to find contributors, your offer should include more details. For example:

what expertise and writing skills are expected from the writers,
what is the expected article length (in word count),
do you pay per article or in any other way,
how many articles you are looking for (daily, weekly, etc.),
and most importantly, how much you intend to pay per article.

If it's like a voluntary job, I would like to join hands and try my luck over writing as I believe I may give you great content once given an opportunity. I haven't had any previous experience as of date, but I'll try to be very professional in my words as and when you need an article to be posted on your website.

If by contributors you mean volunteers, I don't think you will find a person who would write more than 1-2 articles for free. And that only with the promise that you will get them paid if their work is good. You need to understand that writing is not easy and that's a skill that not many people excel in. If you want quality you need to offer a good compensation.

I don't believe it's true. Some people also do things as a hobbyist, while others (like me) do it for the purpose of building up a good reputation by joining such people who give an opportunity to us to prove and excel in a field they've never worked for - before. Of course, everyone wants money to satisfy their life's needs as everyone here has a real life too, but those who've not yet made a name in such field could do better with these opportunities and build up a base for their future by having a side income through this once they get proved and hired by someone.

Why on Earth would anybody want to waste their time contributing articles to your site, when they could create articles for their own site and keep 100% of the advertising revenue?

Valid point, if somebody do not have site will use Steemit and Medium. The question you are asking is already replied by Stedsm in avobe post. Nobody is going to give work to newbie and if site become successful , then the user can get paid for all previous work too.

There are some reasons :
+ Not everyone is interested in having websites
+ Some guys want to improve their article writing skills
+ Others want to build their portfolio before commercializing it
+ Others looking forward to build good connections with other writers
+  Its called our community not "my website" .

There is a benefit to contributing to other people's platforms as a writer. You create your own network and gain the ability to provide publication services for other entities. You get an author bio that you can use to position better on Google and to get backlinks. There is a benefit to contributing without a promise to get paid. I get paid by my paying clients, and if I can write to present my opinions to a wider audience I would most definitely appreciate that opportunity.

My main concern with this is that the OP does not have a really good pitch, doesn't explain a lot about his/her website, and if that is rectified I would be looking at writing a nice article for him/her. :)
