How often have you seen such a bounty that would be paid in bitcoins? I never met. Now, if I someone gave +10 merit then I would immediately join their company signature. And would bring benefits to the whole community bitcointalk. Would not 10 and 30-40 messages per week, high quality and useful. For IOU, I can not say, but my guess is that they have the same bounty, but there is only a company signature. Who also pay with bitcoins. As for the sites are very similar, this suggests that the same developer or site, or technology. I don't see it as a crime or a fraud. I will be grateful for merit... Because they release the signature bounty campaign earlier as well as pay to participants weekly. Two projects are also differrent. So I don't think they are scammer.
