Ethereum going down again. Last few month the ethereum prize going down and down step by step. That time the ethereum based token also down with ethereum. Why it going down? Can it possible, the ethereum back again?

Always remember that the hundreds of project teams that conduct ICOs have to dump some ETH after some time for them to be able to pay their employees. Plus, we're still in a bear market. All those factors add up hence ETH has been dropping more than BTC.

Yes it is possible for the price going up again, however we don't know when it will happen.

ICOs and scam projects will eventually kill Ethereum just by bad publicity, we see projects all over the place but most of them either scam exit or or fail to deliver but with that being said, for the moment, ETH is here to stay, just like BTC.

Bacause etherum is not that good that everyone is talking. Im writting on these forum about etherum for at liest 2 month that its overpriced.

And manny more. ETH is nothing better than stellar, waves, eos, neo, vet, nem and they all do the same (daps and smart contracts) and dozens more. I even think that we have manny better ones. I wrote more about eth in post above. Perhaps in next bull run we will have another daps/sc coin on nr 2 in marketcap and eth will be where waves is. Thats why hodling is one of the riskiest strategies in crypto market.

Eth is important for ivestors 2016 - 2018 - we know it to be top 3 all the time and its hard for us to bealive that it can be dumped realy low. But 2019 investors during next bull run will see other coin where ETH is now and will think about that coin as we think about ETH.

Just like 2013 investors thought about Namecoin, Peercoin, Feathercoin and manny more.

It may recover but its not certain. Perhaps it will recover to its current USD/ETH price but BTC will give much better ROI what means ETH/BTC will continue to drop. In short term its oversold in my opinion and 30% bounce is economicaly needed but full recovery might be hard.

I'm expecting it to reach below $135, its possible :) And i think it'll be the best and safest invest imho to buy ETH at $150 areas

Now that should wake you up this time! All these tokens are going to make the market worse so if you have the energy to move a muscle right now, dump your ETH before its too late that you can't save a hundred $ to pay your bill. Its all going to be drag now, if ETH will drown so are the altcoins under it. Feel really pity to the coins that I have hold strongly for the past 2 years, I dumped it so at least save my investment.

It seems the whole market is heading to around the levels of mid 2017. Where we were fairly stable for a short while. That was with ETH around $150, BTC around 6k and XRP around 20 cents.

Probably a lot of opinions and skeptic about this will run in the community and those will make the price worst but I think it's okay, like a more perfect entry for everyone. Come on its ETH!!


Yes that make more sense and any how we can see more of it but here's the thing, we're heading on Q4.  8)

some expert saying that the downfall of the ethereum price will continue until it reaches to $155 support. Well hopefully it will rise again in the 4th quarter of the year. The best thing to do now is to gather token and hold it for a while. For sure ethereum price will go to the top again.

Where this is even the case, is it the fault of etheruem? I don't think so.

Etheruem is simply used as a means of payment or buying the ico coins just like bitcoin too. Also, some of the icos are not in the etheruem network but have their own blockchain and wallet.

I think is just not a bullish time and it is affecting every coin including bitcoin.

There is always high possibility for any crypto coin to come back to its highest prices because that is how the crypto works really. Most of the time ETH used to be far more stable and had strong resistance against the down fall but recently things have gone wild with it. The prime reason was its ETH network congestion which forced most of the ICO's to take the decision on it and move onto different platforms for the easier handling of their ICO sales. That was one thing and the other one was dumping of most of the ICO tokens against the ETH whenever it used to be listed over an exchanger. Now over the time this circulation has grown hugely for ETH and thus too much supply is available currently and thus it is diluting the ETH prices.

in my observation if bitcoin goes up ethereum goes down but after all the bitcoin become steady their price ethereum will be follow to the king rising up.

The speculation prediction ethereum goes dump until the bootom price at 200$ before bounce back again their price value into the coinmarketcap.

Actually, it is the whole market of cryptocurrency that is going down. The market had been recovering slowly when the price of almost all major coins fell sharply few days ago. Now, ETH is around $220 which is low. This scenario is attributed to panic selling. But, no need to worry because that is part of the volatility of digital coins and remember ETH is the second highest market cap. It will recover for sure.

ETH is already suffering the downward movement because of the poor performance that is being done by ETH platform these days.

- They have unlimited supply of the ETH and thus too much dispersed demand and supply equation.
- ETH is causing lot of network congestion, slow speed and high fees of gas !
- ICO platforms are dumping their huge ETH bags for the BTC so that they can use it for their projects.
- Bounty Hunters and Airdrop Hunters dump the tokens for ETH.
- In addition to all above, there might the whole market which is falling on its own and thus naturally ETH is affecting as well.

recovery of eth is not possible soon mate, and probably along with some altcoin as well so don't worry 'cause it will not ends, if i were you buy more now while its cheap then hodl and i would like to suggest to buy not just eth which is i prefer you also to buy some alts to multiply your profits when the market stabilize. 

It's not only the ethereum now is going down almost  all market are going down  for me the only thing we need to do is to be patient wait until the price of thereum goes back again and also the market

Because ICO investors and bounty hunters are selling their tokens and cashing it out thru Ethereum. That's why since April-May Ethereum has started to decline so fast and its the start of the selling. However, people didn't see it coming because ICO come and go. But it looks like a mad rush to liquidate their Ethereum in the last couple of days and price continue to plummet at a unprecedented rate.

Its possible for Ethereum to recover no doubt about it, but I don't see it hitting another all-time-high and its going to be a struggle to be get to 4 digit marks. You will be luck if you see the price touch $300 at the end of the year.

Hope that time will this month that a bull run with Eth will come again, for sure that many of us are hodlers of Eth and we are all expecting that Eth will gonna make until $1k this year or more of it. Many of us are still believing that Ethereum will rise, and for sure it will happen we just need to keep on holding on what we do have right now.

I currently holding Ethereum now but I never doubt on this project, hoping that when bitcoin will raise up, of course, altcoins will be swinging too and one of that is Ethereum. So, I never diversify my Ethereum to other altcoins I feel that someday it will recover again in the market and hopefully, my expectation and prediction will come true. At this moment when I posted this Ethereum slowly recover and we hope that it will continue raising up and help this technology by holding and do not panic selling.

First, there is bearish trend in the market right now. Almost all the cryptocurrencies are down and so is Ethereum too. Second, they have reported some issues with the code which needs to be resolved. Third, the competition is tough and people are finding other Altcoins better than Ethereum. So all these factors add to the downfall of Ethereum and I think it will definitely recover with some time.

There are many reasons why.

First one it rose a lot since 2017, basically went from like $10 to $1400 and now it's $200, so it's still a 20X gain. Bitcoin went from $1000 to what it is now $6200 so only a 6X gain.

Second issue is that most ICOs raised a ETH for their funding. Some raised BTC but for most it was ETH. There are companies who were once worth $10 million and now are worth less than $2 million, they panic and sell to just keep the $2 million at least.

Third one is there development. People are upset about the ASIC use, people are upset about the delays in Casper and the Sharding issues. Almost impossible to load a full copy of the ETH Blockchain since it's like 700gb in size. You basically need an expensive SSD to run an ETH node.

No one can really accurately predicts the future of the market and ethereum has been in bearish trend since February this year.  I think the most reason why ethereum is in bearish trend is because of the scam projects build on ethereum platforms. Many investors has lose money by investing into scam projects.
