What do you think on it? Any other points to share here?

Firstly we need to check the what is the rules and norms which assigned for us to follow as community speaker(chatter)
Then people will be give their all support in the basis of investment, finding the scams out and etc
Finally be strict to others also while you trying to help as the community member or something.

Avoiding spreading false information because that's leading the community to react quickly.

And if you caught someone spreading that type of info then you have to inform him that he shouldn't do that. As you've said, he needs to validate his information first before spreading it. We know on how quick news are spreaded throughout the web.

The whole thing about false information is not only related to the people of the community but also is something that the mainstream media is a big part of it. We cannot avoid it, it is the digital age and information can easily be passed quickly electronically without being able to hold anyone for it. This is where as an investor, you need great deal of knowledge, ability to do some good research on your own, have a great idea of all that is needed, to be able to make the best of the space as much as possible.

The major thing here is actually to just stay knowledgeable as much as you can. Get to know all the things you can know as much as you can without leaving any part. Knowledge is profitable and helps to direct when making decisions a whole lot of the time. Without it, it would be a very hard thing to make good decisions as an investor, securing your funds, knowing where to invest, knowing when to invest and so many other things.

Not tolerating the abusive users here such as the shitposters and spammers, giving tips for the newbies and sharing the knowledge I already acquired from past experiences are also form of help. This is my way of showing care for others. I believe that it is not only beneficial inside our forum but also contribute somehow to the crypto world in general. Though my effort would be insignificant for others but if all of us do the same, then I'm sure that many will become enlightened and more productive resulting to an ideal place for all crypto enthusiasts.

Something I want to add is:
Contribute into a project by voting, sharing ideas and helping with community development.
Nowadays a lot fo project are community driven and they are really succesful at what they do.

Yes, this mainstream media is adding fuel to the fire.

We may not avoid it but the effect of that in the community is huge. As part of the community for few years, if there are some false news I'm just completely ignoring. But the main concern are the huge number of newbies that aren't aware of this and they are buying on those.

I hope that someone can form a large cryptocurrency community and be able to provide you with timely news and communication communities!

There are so many aspects that we can all share in this forum and that can be the reason why this forum continues to flourish and grow despite many challenges and problems that it faced. One thing you can hare is your own experiences in dealing with cryptocurrency, the blockchain and the way you are making money in this industry. I am sure many people are so willing to lend their attention and time to what you say as long as you are adding more value here. As this is a great community of like-minded people, you are expected to follow what can be the best for the forum. I am then looking forward to many things you can show for all of us here.

Having other legit forums that are very reputable like our dear forum, pioneering blockchain, bitcoin and cryptocurrency based discussions will help.
Yes, some forums are coming up but they treat fraud and scam with levity.


This is important but how can we know when FUD is spreading outside this forum? And, if we see such FUD being spread by haters and unscrupulous human beings, we can't do anything about them because they might not be regulated or controlled like we have on this forum.

We have experienced in past when the mainstream media used to talk about the advantages of Bitcoin and then suddenly when it changed it's stance in a few days when BTC price was a little dropped. There were some leading business channels that propagated negative things about Bitcoin causing a panic resulting it's price sharply gone downwards.
This is not easy to judge a news especially for the inexperienced people. But false news always have damaged things in every era.
There is a saying in my language which means till we know the truth, lie would have done the destruction. Same is the case with cryptocurrency.

A good community is a community that provides good information, so it can help others to better know and source information about cryptocurrency

Nice to hear your words. If you feel anyone directing people incorrectly and showing the bitcoin in bad wy. Just put them in the ignore list and don't follow it buddy.

Yes, i think you are almost right here. Forum is a place of learn crypto industry. The more a man will learn here the more he will succeed in crypto market. For that reason a man must have to give enough time in here as a result he acquire clear knowledge about crypto markt.But matter of sorrow that maximum come here only for earn money not to learn.

Of course this is a must. Its like going to war without tanks, soldiers. You need to be prepared.


It sums up to communication. If there's one thing I want to add, perhaps noobs needs to be careful as well. Do their due diligence and used their common sense. And not to listen to FUD otherwise, its going to be a nightmare for them and then might lose a lot of money and lost their interest in crypto.

We can't help if there are FUD's spreading outside the forum but at least if there are some here in the forum, combat it.
And if you caught one outside the forum, inform as many as you can that its a FUD and is really against and up into something.

They understood and knew the technique on how to make the price lower if they want to get in. You can remember as always there are people who have been against before to bitcoin and later on expressed his apology and said good things about bitcoin. That happens, there's a bandwagon effect especially to the media channels who can be paid for broadcasting an opinion or a fact.

One important thing is that staying focused is one goal, namely to advance the growth of crypto currencies and not just to take advantage. because in my opinion it will only decrease the interest of everyone who wants to join the crypto world.

to dedicate to always focus on the world of cryptocurrency it seems that it doesn't really matter because you can trade cryptocurrency in a short time and don't have to always look at the place of exchange.

Dedicated people actually we needed here to grow and learn in any community. This bitcointalk is one of good place which we have for learn and other purposes.
When we find the negative news also we should not give and should support the bitcoin and altcoins.
If you see any hacking news just spit and ignore it. Go positive everywhere with grest spirit.

Enthusiastic users here are very big on cryptocurrency, who may not know by others out there, it is true that we are here to share knowledge correctly and without having to make the situation worse it will provide uncertainty for new people and always misinterpret a talk, we are here together to build a cryptocurrency to be better in the future, indeed the community is needed in its development.

Dedication is what we needed and it should start from the people here in the forum. We are already a community and we should help each other in making a cryptocurrency industry progress. Bitcointalk is a great place to start learning cryptocurrency because one can easily navigate the forum since it is separated by boards. When you are here in the forum, you are not only learning but also earning as well which most of the people are looking for in here. The only thing we need now to help this community is a way of detecting scams here, but I don’t think that will be easy to do because new scams keeps popping up everyday in this community. By the time you find out which one is scam there is already a new scam or the same person using a different account. Meehn…

Normally, the only place where you should be getting news is from the mainstream media, but the truth is that they are not effective. If people on their own can have knowledge about cryptocurrency and so on, with the whole resources online, know how to source for information to be able to verify news properly, join forums to initiate discussions and then be ready to learn from those who have been there from time, and deliberate on certain news, I want to believe things will get better.

Honestly, the fuel is really being added daily as all they care about is their pocket and not the development of this space at all. Gone are those days when you see journalism at its peak, every information is verified, news are always reliable and you get to at least use it substantially to make decisions, but now, if you are listening to news, you better just be discarding a whole lot of it, as they usually end up fake. Best is to just stick to your own knowledge, do proper research on any news and source out for its genuineness.

Yeah you are right and it is necessary to provide assistance to those who do not know about cryptocurrency. We should motivate them to invest in bitcoin or Altcoin. By this way the market cap will increase and when more and more people invest in bitcoin and they come to know that it is usable throughout the world the use of bitcoin will also increase. Strong determination and dedication is required for this.

It is hard to scratch that surface because people's mentality have not changed and until we probably start seeing the mindset of getting rich quickly and we start seeing reasonable people coming into the market for what they believe in when it comes to the freedom to spend, and over time, development tend to happen as we get to have it easier when it comes to being able to spend cryptocurrencies for daily living, we will always be in that speculative zone.

Dedicated people are the ones who mostly invested earlier, few are joining by the day, but most are just jumping in to want to make fast money. That is why it is hard to see any dedicated one today and then the whales certainly know how to take advantage of that. If we end up having real life usage and people see the need for it without having to think of the asset benefit which should even be a side benefit in the first place, then things will get better.

In every human endeavors, dedication is key and the reason is because things don't happen most times on first attempt but conscious determination backed with dedication would bring out the expected result.

In the case of crypto, the survival up to this point is as a result of dedication that cannot be doubted as several events have happened in the past while some are currently happening that have tested how committed people are in what they claim to believe that blockchain is a technology that has come to change the future. Yeah it is right and it is necessary because it should be our aim to prevail bitcoin in the world. We should motivate our friends, relatives and other people in the community to invest in bitcoin so that the investment cap of bitcoin increases. When the investment cap increases the price will automatically increases and thus the use of bitcoin will also increases throughout the world.

Good list and indeed that's quite reasonable but besides all of it i think before joining crypto community people have to realize the risk that when they're involved in crypto it will automatically bringing them to the things which have high risk to do so and maybe there was new way to being rich from crypto but the risk are equally same

Dedication will help you to remain steadfast in the cryptocurrency space. If you have been in the cryptocurrency business long enough and you have acquired relevant skills, it becomes very easy for you to correct any cryptocurrency related wrongdoings you come across  anywhere. You should also offer adequate support to people in need.

another thing that is needed is team cohesiveness, helping each other not dropping each other. this is likely  a factory that will not run without cooperation between strong teams or individuals.needs to be done is to invite the newbies to learn more about cryptocurrency, guide how to make a profit in the cryptocurrency world, and the seniors here don't be stingy with the knowledge you have.

When you tell somebody about cryptocurrency, he takes interest because it is money and everybody needs money for his needs. He will ask the related questions by himself like how can I buy crypto? From where I will buy crypto, where will I keep my coins etc. he will know all things about cryptocurrency. We just to convey them the information about cryptocurrency.

Yeah you are right and it is mandatory for the promotion of bitcoin. When more and more come to know about bitcoin and they realize the importance of bitcoin, they will put their money in it and the market cap will increase itself. It means that if you have bitcoin today and the price increase in the coming days you will become rich in your community.

This is true, all of those points is already being done on this community and due to lots of advises this community turns out to be full of spam which post is coming to a point where its totally irrelevant but same as been said the main concern is on scam projects that do rise up on this market every now and then which detecting them would really be the hardest part. The cycle continues as long there are people who do feed up those scammers.

When you are determine to tell people about bitcoin and to convince them to invest in bitcoin, it is not difficult for them to know about blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, crypto exchanges and much more. The important thing is that to tell them and convince them to put their money in bitcoin for a bright future. Once they realize the importance of bitcoin they must put their money in it.

Another thing is that people should try to invest as much and also stop relying only on Hodl to make money from Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. They should also avoid manipulation because that’s one of the things that is killing Bitcoin, everyone now thinks that Bitcoin is a tool for money laundering due to all these bad things that people are doing with it.

They should really learn to respect themselves and use Bitcoin for good instead of bad. There should also be effective ways to track down scammers and the rest of them.

The easy way to inform people about cryptocurrency is formal gathering. When you have some free time and you talk to your friends you should tell them about cryptocurrency. By this way the whole community will come to know about it and they will take interest to put their money in crypto. That’s the whole what we can do to educate people about crypto.

Yes we need to that. In everything you’re doing if you’re not dedicated to it and also not doing the right things you’re meant to do, then there is no way that’s going to be a success. Actually I can say for sure that all members of this forum both want so many other to share them knowlege, esperience as well as skill. Because it goes without saying that these factors play a very important key that may lead us to a success when we entered the crypto market. Basically, forum is such a very convenient and suitable place for all of us to share with one another, probably this is a ideal place if people are aware of dedication and keep sharing their knowledge or that sort of thing to many others. I guess this forum has become what you expect, this forum not only provides the latest information about cryptocurrency but you can see other people's responses to that information. So as you can make sure that the information is true or false. When I came to this place, I feel like that. Every information I have read can got from several things, pros and cons or true and false.

Those who are here in the forum they are lucky enough(including me) since they know everything those progress on cryptocurrencies and news(fake or true). In that way, we know the possible thing will happen because we are already on chatter group which is on this forum that really helpful to us in gathering pieces of information. We are all here dedicated and fully supported on cryptocurrency as a community.

Bitcointalk already doing great support to the crypto community for helping the people to understand what is the basic knowledge about the bitcoin when they are at newbie to the intensive level of technical explanation to the coins so we need to spread the availability of bitcointalk to the people who wants to know about crypto currencies.

No doubt that this forum alone would already be sufficient for those people who do like to know about crypto specially bitcoin but i doubt that most people who do enter here arent going after on the knowledge they do need but rather they do come here into this forum for the sake of money or income.Its sad but this is the reality but showing on the numbers i can say that lots of people who do know crypto just basing on the traffic but this isnt only thing we can see as a preference yet there are still lots of places but this is the most popular ones.

Crypto currency business is really deal with educated person and believe on digital currency, because the world are moving higher in technology. Therefore bitcoin and other alt-coin users must be educated by teaching on how to create wallet and get wallet address to receive and to send, with a strong private key secure. Before growing to upper hand.

As long as the above ones are followed it's well and good to go. The community will certainly run besides, still the growth comes when much supported I accept. Initation is very imortant to the community as we are in growth. We are looking forward for such a growth that the ICOs should come and utilyze the forum for all their needs.

But this is something that is really difficult to do in this market, I say this because as we know there are people that are interested to spread FUD because they want to benefit from the panic created by it, this no longer works in bitcoin but it can work in smaller communities, in fact I have seen this in action where FUD was spread and some people began selling their coins for 10% of its current value.

False or wrong informations were spread on social media that is why some people were afraid to invest. We should spread the benefits and advantages of cryptos so that many people will encourage to invest.

There will always be false information and as long as this market is more speculative than being used in real life, it will always make it easy for these manipulators to keep having an upper hand. People need to on their own, sit themselves down and then try as much as possible to understand the benefit and when I am talking about benefit, I am referring to real life benefit and value this space brings and not just about the short term means of trying to get rich which is the mistake a lot of people tend to always make.

This should be a community, a community that is expected to grow in usage and in adoption, and unless we see people knowing the reason why they are in this space than getting greedy, then, it will be hard to have some sanity in this space.

Yep, bitcointalk is such a good and necessary for us. Obviously all of us can get updated information, we can share each other thinking, even you can get advice when you’re in trouble. Actually, as my observation, to many people who got worried and then they post a writing and ask for advice, I am truly fond of giving his/her an advice, and bitcointalk is such a good community one when almost all people give a positive advice. Besides, we share experience as well as skills for each other sympathy. I’m much appreciate all dedication and i hope that all of us can continuallygrow this forum by giving more dedication.

Fight against scammers and false information that are bringing the emotion of most of the people in the community. We have to fight against FUDs as well, they keep on coming because they have their own agenda.This is what I'm saying, we need to fight against those false information that were being spread.

I think we have done our share fighting against those who spread malicious and unverified news against bitcoin and crypto for that matter. Its not only those higher rank members have the sole duty, but everyone who's on-board are also doing it. As for those who spread FUD, well they usually do it to really scare newbies, however, those members usually don't last in this forum, because they're always wrong and you can smell from afar what's their intention behind, and they won't succeed.

Even though there are people interested in generating FUD out of nothing, we still have to realize that for this space to grow, people need to understand what they are into first, as this is what would make the idea of FUD not even a thing to pay attention to in the first place.

The reason why a lot of people pay attention to FUD and tend to act so much on it by panicking is because they are ignorant of the space they are in and as long as you are ignorant, it will be very hard to even realize that some steps you are making are wrong.

study crypto correctly before you write because what you write will be read by everyone who understands the topic or someone who needs information about that topic. if what you write is only to isolate forums with less information accuracy and that is read by crypto beginners and applied, is this a bad thing for them and crypto in general

The mane of cryptocurrency, I want to add this. Many people still do not know even the name of cryptocurrency. Till they do not aware of the name they will never take interest in it and then investing their money in it is almost impossible. I agree with you that all the information you shared here are very important for people around the world to maximize the market cap and so the price.

The problem is they are not only circulating in the forum but all over the news media and internet. We're not yet done with those and we need to spread also to fight those FUD spreadors, as long as I'm alive and can help the newbies of what I know, I'll keep reminding them that they should avoid and don't need to be gullible with such FUDs.

There is no amount of fight that will actually make FUD or false information go away. It is a highly speculative market, and trust; a lot of people derive pleasure in doing it and it is what you do with the information that will matter at the end. Until probably we start seeing real life usage, we start getting to see regulations being put in place and people feel rest assured, then, we will likely see less of it.

However, fighting won't solve anything and even if you want to fight, where do you even want to start from in the first place? The best thing for everyone is to stay pretty informed, so they do not end up getting misinformed.

At the end of it all, I feel people need to understand the importance of a community, which this forum serves as one and it is a diverse one as we have so many people from different countries and background, those with knowledge when it comes to certain things, and this is one of the reasons why people need to learn how to be asking questions pertaining a lot of things they get to see, hear or think. False information is something that won't come, but dedication comes from everyone coming together to share knowledge on a lot of things that would always help people's investment decision.

Yes, i do agree on your statement. In addition, we must avoid FUD or those fake news that spreading all over the internet. Speculations are there but we must not add negative into the crypto community. Let us help each other for the benefits of all.

You must also have patience, tolerance and time everyone. Most people will come around you for talks about bitcoin and other cryptos and you must entertain them all in such a way that they will always like to talk about cryptos. I believe being able to educate others on cryptos would be a very good support for the entire community.

at this bitcointak forum where crypto industry is studied. the longer it is here, our knowledge of cyrptocurrency will be better for achieving success in cyrptocurrency. but most people are not successful because they are suddenly interested in learning about crypto, they are only interested in money and that makes them fail
