Instant liquidity could also mean instant loss.

I'd be careful with using sites like changelly or shapeshift as they usually charge a considerable fee for converting crypto/tokens in general. If you are happy with your profits/losses then you should cash out in batches and avoid hefty multiple transaction fees.

Use bancor protocol, it have an instant liquidity and of course even it's a decentralized exchange it's made to maintain a high liquidity.

You can convert your token through pundix. It’s the best option I believe. I tried it several time and I did not face any problem.

If you have a small value of tokens (<5$), you can find who have a larger amount and sell your tokens for him to get a small amount of ETH. It's hard to sell that number of tokens if you use an exchange.
