I think that you need to pay in BTC to find somebody that will create the ANN you need. I think that you need to pay in BTC to find somebody that will create the ANN you need. which do have significant value in the market but for a new project for sure you will fail to find one. Only few ANN creators are accepting altcoins but tokens that aren't listed on an exchange is probably a no-no for them. However for OP you have a choice of availing Copper Membership. Don't know if they'll accept it but it's better for you to contact them directly and while you're at it, prepare all the information about your project because they will definitely need it when you contact them.
