Hi all

this is something I stumbled into by pure chance. I'm long time (since 2011) ClearOS user, and found this because
I was (after a long time) browsing their web page. ClearOS is specialized Linux distro that mostly serves as proxy/gateway
for accessing Internet, although their application market offers a lot more (mail server, NAS storage, SAMBA, firewalls...)

Recently they decided to launch their blockchain and token named CLEAR, with very ambitious goals...I don't have
any official info, but wayback machine says they at 22.07 collected more than $102m USD, with hard cap
set at around $400m USD ($614m NZD)

Even those 102m places it at around 50th position by market cap, and it seems they didn't even try to reach
crypto community, but relied only on their existing user base to spread the word. Amazing.

Even their telegram group reflects their "old school" approach (only 31 member at the time I'm writing this)

Now, whats this all about?

If you're familiar with Essentia, this is probably the only project with as wide scope as Essentia, but I dare to say even wider,
as they plan to be one place to integrate everything...wallets, storage, their existing application market, and dApps all
at one convenient place

Those familiar with SIA will remember Minebox hardware...CLEAR bought that project a while ago and integrated it

This is really new to me. I never heard about this coin. Clear! I yet dont know about its blockchain technology as well as its new features that is different from other coin. I think it will be better for new generation.

Is the coin on coinmarketcap.com?

I think that the coin simply has a drawn schedule and does not have such a large investment fee.

Do you think that they attracted more than $ 0.5 billion?

I'm still focused on those coins in which I am sure. This is Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin. In them I see the future. So, that while I follow the course and growth of these crypto-currencies. But what will actually be unknown to anyone.

Could be a good coin in terms of success, however this coin is very unlikely to generate an ROI in terms of speculative purposes, very few coins enter the market with a market cap of over $100m, and this one wants to raise $400m and somehow generate an immediate return for investors? Seems very unlikely.

I will go through the website and learn more about the project. Are you part of the team or you are just helping them to publicise the platform freely?

Not part of the team, but using their product (ClearOS) since 2011 as home gateway (plus some more functionalities)...thats how I actually found out
about the project...now just helping the word to spread out  ;D

this should be learned more, but it needs more reviews so that this becomes a very convincing project that will become a bull next year

it seems you are very sure that this will have a good future, quite interesting if the price is good in a market that is currently dominated by red in all places

Nah, not sure about anything in crypto world, I would not be sure about BTC, ETH or XRP to succeed long term, even less into some barely released coins.

But based on facts, I think CLEAR has pretty solid fundamentals...its already established company, with lots of users and connections with business world,
lots of experienced programmers...
