Title: MixerList - The Bitcoin mixer list
Post by: MixerList on September 13, 2018, 08:35:56 PM
The goal of this project is to collect all the popular mixers with minimum information about them in one place. This is a simple system designed for monitoring mixers and commenting on their work.

Please send your questions and suggestions to email mixerlist@protonmail.com or private messages.

How do you calculate the rating of each mixer?

P.S: Bitcoinfog is a scam. Not really a good start.

This rating is subjective and will vary depending on the comments. I do not see any formula for calculating the rating. I used Bitcoinfog many times and sometimes there were problems but my bitcoins always reached me. I gave it the lowest rating so that people were careful with this. If there are a lot of bad comments about Bitcoin Fog, I'll put it a badge 'scam'.

Idea is good for users to check quickly but don't other popular websites track them? I don't know well, just asked because I remember so.
I amn't against your website but on bitcointalk there is already a thread on list of bitcoin mixers with included ANN thread link, you can find it here, consider this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827109.0

Which comments? There is not a single comment on any mixer, so how does CryptoMixer have 4 stars while CoinMixer only has 2? What did you take into account for the current ratings? Looks like you just gave every mixer a random rating.

I gave it the lowest rating so that people were careful with this.
Careful with what if you said your coins always reached you? And why keep using them/keep in the list if they have many scam accusations against them?

Here is an unresolved accusation about stealing 998 Bitcoins since 2015: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1196490.0
And a lot of recent complains in their thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=50037.600

Honestly, you don't seem capable or trusted enough to run a Bitcoin Mixer list.

To begin with, I put a rating based on my personal experience. Next, I would like to look at the comments of users.

I understand your position about Bitcoin fog, I'll think about it.

CoinMixer.se closed 2 months ago  and his no longer operating so, you can remove it from your list

Chipmixer is very popular but only 3? The service is like the 7 stars for a Palace

LOL I just looked at your mixer submission guidelines and on bullet point 4 you just ask whether the service is a scam or not.

Quote
4. Is scam / is not scam

Isn't it your job to weed out the scams and why would anyone ever want to submit a scam and tell you about it.
There's no point adding scams to your list unless you are going to clearly indicate they're scams.

I just wouldn't list scams at all though.

How'd you get the ~4-5% fee for ChipMixer? Not sure where you got that considering the service runs on donations/tips, and you could get away with 0 fee (or 100% fee if you wanted)

To begin with, I put a rating based on my personal experience. Next, I would like to look at the comments of users.
It is better to change the name of the site to "my MixerList."
Again, it's your personal opinions that may be true or false so you can not take that list as a reference.
You should show some confidence, correct assessments and sincere search for each mixing service to improve your credibility.

Warning! Information about the fee may be not up-to-date, please let us know if you have the latest information.
You have a list of 9 sites. And can’t update it regularly?

I see you posted this : "Warning! Information about the fee may be not up-to-date, please let us know if you have the latest information." ..now I do not know why the community should be trusted to provide this information. There are only 10+ popular mixer services out there at the moment and you can quickly gather that information yourself.

Why should other people risk their money to test these obscure mixer services, just to update your list? The fees can be 0%, but the mixer service might be a scam.  ::)

Just use the Mixer service in my signature and be done with it.  ;)

Removed rating display, let the service be simply a list. Added badge scam for bitcoinfog.info.
