Title: Bounty. Where to start and where to grow?
Post by: leonid_0 on September 15, 2018, 01:32:06 PM
At the forum, I relatively not long ago, but already noticed a certain pattern 8)
Accounts of beginner grades are constantly performed by FB / TW, less often you can see how this is done by Full-Sr.
But here in companies Youtube / Translate, as well as writing articles often take part in accounts of higher rank.

What is the reason for this?
Are there more paid? (IMHO because if you do FB / TW for several weeks, you end up with more than other companies)

The threshold of the entrance to the FB / TW is certainly much lower than anywhere else, because there you can dial the necessary number of subscribers within a week,
but is it worth doing? or is it better to immediately spend more time typing subscribers on YouTube and start a blog?  ??? ???

P.S. I hope this topic will help beginners to determine the type of activity, rather than running rashly to do 20 projects per week FB / TW.

I think bounty hunters participate in social media campaigns for additional reward that the bounty hunters can get from it while bounty hunters also join other campaign with the same project been participated.

As I see the most profitable campaigns are signature (especially if you have rank higher than jr.member), articles and blogs but if in social campaign you need to do about 20 posts/reposts per week it will be profitable too.

Because TW and FB tasks are easy and low rank members like them. Youtube and articles require good speaking and writing skills and also time to build contents. Translation is hard job because it is hard work, some projects have 50 pages long whitepaper, translation requires perfect exactly.

Some bounty hunters only join social media campaigns like twitter and facebook is because he/she can't join signature campaign due to his/her rank at the moment as most cases of signature campaign's lowest rank required is jr. member. So, they start at social media campaigns before he/she be able to join signature campaigns.

Signing and translating in the bounty activities, making videos, etc. are all ways to increase revenue, but most tasks require you to at least reach JR!

To easily find Bounties you might like Bounty0x, it's still in beta but there are already quite a few bounties there.

This is the link: https://beta.bounty0x.io/
Use my referral if you find it useful: 67519f

After you sign up you can filter the bounties by name or category, there are the classic ones: translations, BTCTalk signature, twitter, instagram, facebook etc..

There are at least several reasons:
1. Newbies/lower ranked members are usually given a low priority on translation campaign.
2. High-ranked members can produce a lot of 'money' by joining a signature campaign, so there's no need to join in many social media campaign.
3. Newbie/lower ranked members usually don't have any portfolio/skills on blog/article, so they don't want to join it. This actually means that regardless of your ranks (most of the time) you can still join blog/video campaign as long as you have the skills.
4. They don't want to work harder, social media is very easy to do.

The threshold of the entrance to the FB / TW is certainly much lower than anywhere else, because there you can dial the necessary number of subscribers within a week,

It is certainly not worth doing a social media campaign, because it is very hard to gain even $100 on a social media campaign. You should learn how to write or make videos and it will certainly pay off later on, not only in doing bounty but to do other jobs.

Learning about making videos or blogging doesn't take much time, as long as you are fluent in English. That's why you have to learn English (if you can learn other languages, that's certainly better) properly. After that, you can start learning how to write and make videos by searching many tips on Google and practice that regularly.

Because Full-Sr. members know that FB/TW campaigns are not worth it.

It is not a requirement. Unless the campaign rule specifically forbids it, you can write articles and publish youtube videos with a lower rank too. It just takes more time and effort and not too many low ranked members are willing to work hard.

Not worth doing in my opinion. It is better to start a blog or youtube channel.

As a newbie, I was wondering which media is the most effective to earn something when you join a bounty program?
Create something is for sure better but as far I can see, projects are more interesting in making their community growth than create some content

Indeed, I believe that it is necessary to make posts not for quantity in order to get the maximum rank on the forum as quickly as possible, but for quality.

What is the reason for this?

In bounty campaign, there is a fixed pool of tokens that you can receive.  Hence, the higher the number of participants, the lesser number of tokens that you will receive.  Social Media campaigns are the highest number of participants in a bounty campaign (which means that you will get lesser number of tokens compare to other type of campaigns).  One of the reasons is that Social Media campaigns are also the easiest form of bounty campaigns for people to join.

I do not think so. Making bonuses of more projects will be more privileged. Because each project has its own unique value.

Bounty is a token-seeker, free virtual currency from new virtual money projects. To get the bounty you need to perform the required tasks such as joining Telegram, follow Twitter, invite friends.

Well, you can start with social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin ..) But usually does not bring much profit, in general, you can try to write an article or video that is a good choice and the main thing everyone can, the main thing is not to be lazy, and the best is to participate in the subscription rank it allows.
There are also bounty platforms that simplify the work, do not require to send a report every week, everything is on the machine. Not much easier, a great choice for beginners.

Don't get me wrong, but I think bounty is a bad idea for any project. She does not increase his visibility. All that bounty does is create a huge amount of shitposting. Instead of literate community development, projects just go on the HYPE train. And this is sad, because without the community, blockchain is not particularly needed by anyone.

More noobs participate in FB/TW bounty simply because there is less restrictions,no signature to be worn and no rank required, you are simply juts meant to complete your task on social media platforms

Buts it's hardly ever worth it as the returns are as little as nothing compared to the signature/content bounty

Even in the signature bounty the higher ranked members still earn more stakes than the lower one's,and newbies are restricted from participating in signature campaigns as they cannot wear signature, hence they flock the social media campaign

With the ever increasing number of participants in such campaigns the returns are as good as a waste of bloody time
