Guys, am about to do a project on Blockchain. Looking out for a project that’s new and never been done before. Can anyone here help? I am a financial student and I need something that eases trading. Cryptocurrency offerings, ICOs anything! Just need solid background of the company.

You can try to conduct a survey in the forum here to see what are the sectors that the people want the blockchain technology to be a part of. The options are endless though.

Can you narrow down your scope a bit so we can lock onto something that fits your requirements best? Limiting it to trading, crypto offerings, ICOs might be a bit too broad still. Plus adding your own flavor to the idea won't hurt as well. Good luck with your project and hopefully the community can give you a hand with it  :)

Just giving you the basic gist of what we are doing, we are building a trading platform that will act as the bridge between cryptocurrencies and commodities. I agree. The question looks to broad and that we could harly decide which advise we can give you. Are you starting an ICO or are you trying to join ICO? As QuebecBTT said, you can have a survey instead for best results. But if you are looking for an investment, try it with UniFox, the project that aims to be the mastercard of cryptocurrency. They have not started ICO yet but their products like Automated Teller Machines and POS terminals already have made contracts to various countries. Im not from Unifox or affilated with them, Im just suggesting it because I believe that you will surely profit on this big project.

I think you should do a survey about which topic people interested because of the various choices but as for me, I'm currently learning about how can a blockchain Technology change finance.

You have looking for really good topic for your blockchain project, without good topic never make investor interested with your project and more like for left your blockchain project, you need ask at forum for ideas about what the best topic for your blockchain project ?

lol, seems that you are desperate to capitalise from ICo market. If you dont have your own idea and solid background, dont even bother of making ICO, we have already ton of bad ICOs which is making cryptos look worse every day.

If you come up with something unique and cool then go ahead.

What about of using blockchain for land registry? It's related to trade at some point. That's not new because it's done in some countries (maybe 2-3) but also almost rest of the world hasn't integrated it. Bright side is that it adds an extra layer of protection to safety of our land proprietary.
It's possible to use blockchain technologies for gold, medicine, to protect them from falsification and dark trade. You can think about a lot of projects with bitcoin that haven't been done.

If you are planning to do a project on a blockchain, better for you to have knowledge about the blockchain first. Because, if you do not know the blockchain waht would be the good thing about it? do you think for you its easy to do that? and you think by that topic it can be interesting about the blockchain?think about first before you step on what you want in this industry.

Hope you understand what you are doing, i mean blockchain is simple database, unless you have super computers all around the world to secure it.
Will you have computers all over the world to secure your blockchain database? If not, make project about distributed databases first :P

what are your budgets and how fast do you want to create a product? it depends on what you need a specialist

It is unfortunate that most essential topics in the world of finances have already been covered by other projects. You can look at existing projects and identify the gaps in it so you can find a reliable solution to the problems that it presents.

there are endless interesting project topics on blockchain, you just need to research deeper.
