After August, now everyone is waiting for October month as the bull market. Everyone is dragging 2017 as a reference. What Do you think Actually? Do you think everyone's hope will break again or will they be released from this dormant market?

If 2017 becomes a reference, it is difficult. some say it is vital. this year's situation is more difficult and different. this may be a 2 year cycle.
I believe in 2022 to be a brilliant year.

We can't rely on such speculation. We should accept that the market is now way unpredictable than it was before. Everyone is hoping for a comeback at the end of this year due to what happened last year, but since there is no assurance, we shouls be mindful of our actions. Further wait and avoid selling especially if it is influenced by the trwnds and hearsays regarding with predictions on the market.

I don't think so bull run will coming this October or befuend of the year 2018, for me they can't comparing the last year scenyof bitcoin bull run price goes into tge moon.

I hope have an price increase before end of this year bull i think not the same last year bitcoin is too expensive im not giving negative feedback i share my own expectation in a reality.

How did you judge? Why do you think the bull market is in October? Because of ETF? I don't think the ETF will pass. They tried to issue their own coins, but they would not succeed.

Everyone's expectations are always retrogressive. If there is no bull market in October, everyone’s expectations will be delayed to the new year. This is a human nature, so I don't know what kind of comments I should post because I am actually one of them. Everyone has hope for this, isn't it?

the altcoin pumping market will repeat for sure but not for the time being because like every other time before the 2017 pump, after the pumps we need a long period of recovery to make the market healthy again. and that takes time and this time is longer the bigger the coins are because the number of bag holders will also be larger in those coins and they slow down the process of dumping to reach the bottom.

I don't wait bull market until December, 2018 - January, 2019 because manipulators need very long bear market to kill all hopes of crypto holders to force them to sell in losses. I hope 2019 will be a bull's year in crypto.

the reality is that it is only newbies who are still bag holding and wish for profit or rather for recovering a small part of what they have lost.

We always refer to history to know what would be the trend during year end. Base on history, it is always in the fourth quarter of the year that bull run occurs and everyone are waiting for that to happen.

Every crypto enthusiast are really hyped with the end of the year especially the 4th quarter.
Because these months are always the bullish month and we'll have waiting for it

I believed that bull market will happen next year and not this year. Though I believed that history keep repeating itself but a prediction base on 1 year data is not reliable in my personal opinion.

As crypto enthusiast we need to push upward psychologically but to work it physically , we need to invest in crypto and hold our coins without dumping , maybe this is the way to repeat history .

We cannot use last year's performance to be this year's performance, too. Of course, we have the past charts for reference but considering October this year to be the start of recovery because that was last year's performance is not an assurance. There may be changes on the 4th quarter, let's see if it's on October.

Such thing is due to the past particularly on the previous year wherein miracle happened despite of the continuous downfall last year which is almost the same this year. The only difference is that, the situation at this moment is worse than before. But still, there's hope that things will again be back on its feet and we just have to be patient and wait for that moment to come.

Probably, it will be considered as bull run market when there is a stability of the coins from September to October. When the price will move up due to the ETF positive news, expect that bull run will be the next thing. Many people are awaiting for this moment, even I. But I do not expect very much so that, I will not hope for any surge of the market.

Everyone expects growth in October as they wait for important news at the end of September, namely, the decision of the US Securities Commission. But for some reason no one thinks that the decision can be negative or it can be postponed, which is more likely.

This year market is more or less retracing like the year 2014, there is no way of comparing this cycle with 2017. I dont really want to break hopes of mass, but I am afraid, we are not going to see the similar bull market again in 2018 as we have seen in 2017. It will take some years to get back to ATH values.

It seem many people do want the bull run to happen this year  ,I'm not expecting any bull run this year anymore because it seem its never going to happen ,2018 is a very tougher year for cryptocurrency .

I do not think it's going to happen again in 2017. Cryptocurrency is very unpredictable, but for the market to grow and at least to recover, huge investments are needed, but so far no one is ready to invest a lot of money there.

All these theories are mere speculations, there is no concrete evidence to back up this claims having a bull runs in October 2017 is not a perquisite to having another one this year because there are a lot of fundamentals that must be considered which could trigger and make or mar another bullish runs it is not judged by history repeating itself alone.

I look forward to the market rebound for my investments, but in 2018 there will probably be no fluctuation or major recovery!

We don't know what will happen next month, and indeed, everyone expects the cryptocurrency value in the market to grow again. One thing is for sure there is no guarantee in cryptocurrency.

It is still hard to speculate on what will happen on the month of October. I think we are in the consolidation stage since Bitcoin is in a price range for almost a week or 2 and the market sentiment is still based on Bitcoin. We just have to wait and see if Bull Market will start on October.

The market has a way of crushing everyone's hope. Things have changed a lot since 2013-2014. I still hope that crypto will recover by end of the year BUT I think the bear will extend until mid-2019.

Depend on what October will become bull market, I see nothing. For me that's only faith with out calculation and it will make you loss. Mostly, market trend will happen in long term period ( year ), so wait until next year is better option than October. Believe or not this is my choice and let see the reality.

It is hard to predict when the bull market will come. Lot depends on the decision of the ETF as well. Anyway I think by 2020 lot of things will be put into place and the crypto space will be more recognized.

Many people is expecting the bull market this year, but I am not very sure about it. Base on many TA expert I found on trading view, the bull may not come till mid of 2019.
And I myself have that feeling as well, people are scared now, to meet the bull market, we need big volume, big fiat pour into cryptos, but it is hard at least now to got to that condition.

Crypto's performance last year should not be a basis on what will happen this year. No one can actually tell on when will the bull run happens but from what I have noticed, the number of investors increases by the end of the year. It is possible that the investors are using their yearly and Christmas bonus to be invested on crypto. To be honest, the bull run gives a bit of a motivation to work harder. The most important thing is that we are hodling coin when it happens.

When people look forward to the end of the year by referring to last year, market conditions will continue to move freely. No one can guarantee that the end of this year the market will increase like last year.

If we compare 2017 and 2018 until this moment the charts are showing kind of the opposite trend, so i don't think it will be same effect for the end of this year.

Having gone through this level of turbulence for the past couple of weeks the natural expectations of most folks is a bullish run . Guys are positive no doubt that October will be good but until October cones no one can tell with certainty if the bullish run of 2017 is going to repeat itself.

The market is unpredictable and I think anything could happen. However, months go by and apart from some punctual rebound, there are no obvious signs of improvement that suggest that the month of October is the beginning in a new bull market. We would all like to see what happened last year but it seems quite difficult for it to happen again after the experience so far in 2018 and we will probably have to wait a little longer to notice significant improvement and be able to approach the values of the end of 2017.

However, if we will just in one way we can really do this. We can make the demand grow and the price will just follow and in that we will experience a bull market.

Some people say that this year is the same as last year, I beg to differ. Last year is very different from now because of hype. There are a lot of hypes from last year that makes Bitcoin's price increase rapidly, like for example those forks and some news. Now, it's very difficult to predict the price as there are still some horrors that hunts us like that $20,000 downfall which makes Bitcoin unattractive to some people. But we would be able to see some increase in price in the next few months. Maybe not in October, but later this year we will be able to see the increase.

I don't think the market will bull run in 2018. It will not the same with 2017, the market may be the same at many points in the chart but 2 times strong bull run in 2 years will not occur. I think bull run will start in 2019/2020.

Whoever is saying this year is the same as last year, is either blind to see what has been going on to be able to differentiate between a bull's year and the bear's year. Totally, last year was a year of uptrend throughout with the bulls taking full hold of the market, driving the market for as long as they want to and then boom, the dump started happening which led to this year, so they are totally different. However, there is a lot of optimism in the market towards the end of this year, but I would not really be so much in haste until I see a clear signal of an uptrend even if it is in the short term.

Well, we still have some months to wait for and no one absolutely can tell what will happen, but technically, bitcoin is in an indecisive state and whoever wins the fight in this case is where the market will tend towards. So, the question now is, will it be the bulls or the bears? As long as we are able to hold above $5800, then there may still be a chance, but all these will depend on how things happen in coming months if we are going down first or we are going up first.

It's possible but something tells me that it's not likely going to happen even though I am heavily invested into one particular token. Who knows but that's the crypto market for us, very volatile and some are punished and some are rewarded greatly.

Bull market? LOL people are so naive. Remember that Mt. Gox creditors are preparing their long lost bitcoins and when this happens I assume most of these people will dump those bitcoin and will cause another bearish market conditions.

I also think that in October, may be the maximum in November there will be an increase in the price of all promising cryptocurrencies.There is very little time left for the market to turn around.Now everyone is waiting for changes to a better.

I think this year not be a good year like 2017 because in this year too many bad news hit cryptocurrency and another problems make crypto seen bad like exchanger got hacked and ETC. However market will rise in the end of November, just believe on that  ;)

This year is not good for everyone who bought in the peak, but if you are a day trader of course there's always an opportunity even it is bear market. Many people have been predictng since recent months that bull season will resume but it did not. My opinion is that the bull season will come when it is least expected and not when everyone is predicting it for a particular month. This may be very late this year or early next year.

Yes, we need new money (people), which, under the influence of FOMO, will pump up the market. Those projects that work with the real world are clearly insufficient to provide a flow of money into crypto. This means that there are no fundamental reasons for incoming money to the market. At this stage of progress, crypto can only be pumped for speculative reasons.

I agree with you that the market will not be the same like last year because the value of the coin and supply is not good. Desperately waiting for a change for a good return but I guess the value will be low this time.

I also don't understand why everyone is waiting for a bull market in October. Probably they believe that SEC will allow Bitcoin's ETF, but in my opinion they will postpone this decision to the next year and will see bear market again.

I don't think that what happened in october last year is going to repeat itself this year. There has already been a bull market and even though we all want to see high prices we have to understand that there  is a high possibility that we are going to spend the rest of the year in a bear market which might end up running for a couple of years before we start to see signs of bull.

Actually, I myself always wait for the bull run to be exactly there every time. but, seeing the market today, i don't think that the bull market will run easily nearly month. Probably, it will happen in the next year. For about October, i really hope so. But it is almost October and the market is still very unstable.

The newest expectation is November with the Bakkt launch! And then we have the ETF decision deadline for December, and then we have the last ETF decision deadline for February! We pretty much had an event potential cause for a bull market every month for a year, but it is never coming so far.

bitcoin price will not be base on the previous year and we can't predict if the bull run will come or not. Although it's good to be optimistic in this technology and hopes that this will also surprise us in the coming months. I'm hoping also for that to happens before the year end.

What happened last year was an eye opener to others but another bull run like that, I don't think it's happening pretty soon, but we can still keep our fingers crossed. Anything is possible in crypto market, but my say is that it doesn't necessarily mean bull run might come from Bitcoin, it could be any other coin or altercoin.

all hope for growth but as practice shows, whales are very fond of doing everything on the contrary. so if you expect growth then be prepared for what is likely to come the fall of the market

I think everyones hope will break again. I cant see any bullrun in 2018. People always looking history for thinking about future. but that is wrong in my opinion. i hope we will see but i feel we wouldnt see :(

made last year as a reference might be able to do. but also that the condition needs to be seen in that time and this time is quite different. so to see the increase will be the same as last year I think was pretty funny. Indeed it might just happen but sometimes the market has different scenarios and also surprising.

I think the bull will only come when people stop hopping for it...
And nothing says that the months will be the same as 2017 or any other year... it has to do with the market and whales, not astrology...
remember, bull markets don't have specific rules to follow... it might well last for a whole other year...  ;D

I don't really believe that this October will be a bull market, there are many campaigns but still not the same as last years development and opportunity. I hope this 2019 would be a great time for the bull market. Just hope and trust Cryptos, focus on it everytime. If we continue to use it, it will develop and attract many investors.

Well we have all see that October give some bull to some coin and some are still coming but looking at 2017 to this year are two different things which has no correlation cause last year was bull year and this year is bear and has to work in opposite side, well the bear market is always the best time to acquire more so why not just do some research on your favorite coin and see if it will be a good choice by the bull time.

I didn't expect too much for this October, like last year, it still takes time to get a bull, just hope that the value will remain safe and high. All require recovery and strength to be able to position them properly.
