How is it you can sell modafinil in the US without a prescription?  I realize etizolam is considered a "research drug" and can be sold as such, but modafinil needs a prescription.

That's an empty statement, because the only way it CAN be legal is if a pharmacy is presented with a valid prescription from a doctor.  Not only that, but it's a controlled substance.

Yes, it's legal in most of the countries in the EU. They sell it openly on the clear web if you wish to buy it https://eufinil.com/en/ There are a few countries which has custom import restrictions but then you'd have to find a different seller.

You have to watch out with these drugs and drugs like modafinil which are being offered without a prescription (though OP has stopped doing that).

Etizolam definitely works very much like a typical benzodiazepine (Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, Restoril, etc.).  There's potential for abuse including use as a date rape drug (though I haven't heard any stories about this happening.  Mixing etizolam with alcohol and other CNS depressants is a recipe for disaster, i.e., overdose.

I've noticed that some of the other offerings on OP's marketplace (https://nootropicplace.com/nootropic-drugs/etizolam/etizest-1-etizolam-1-mg/) are also not supposed to be available without a prescription, like rasagiline (a Parkinson's drug) and ALL of the "Reuptake inhibitors" (Anafranil, amitriptyline, Wellbutrin) and stuff like oxytocin and desmopressin.

You're asking for trouble trying to maket these drugs on this forum and you have to be careful.

I'm a very regular Modafinil user. Not to mention but it's legal in my country and you can just buy it off any medical shop in the corner. Most of the modafinil shipped worldwide also comes from here. Nootropics are widely used by programmers, late night workers and anyone who works crazy hours. The trend started in Silicon Valley. It's totally subjective if you wish to use it with/without prescription if you know what you're doing. Of course, the legal issues should also be taken into consideration.
