Stop caring about the news related to the prediction or the restriction by government which is the reason for our mind gets diverted and fall into FUD and FOMO but reacting to them also has advantage if you pick them at early stage you can make money throughout the selling and buying at the right time.

I know you don't want to loss your money. We're all here to gain profits. So, you have to think that FUD and FOMO could generally lead you to losses. That thinking alone is enough for me to control my emotions. I hope it does apply to you.

You can't scape FUD or FOMO. The best thing to do is shut the door to these people whenever you sense there is FUD in you are reading or FOMO. I think you need to constantly read the news and try to analyze what has happened in the pasts when similar news surfaced.

both of these things you are talking about (FOMO and FUD) only concern newbies who have no idea what they are doing in the altcoin market. we are talking about newbies who buy altcoins and then hold on to them tight  all through their downfalls do the ground and for example those who are  currently in a loss that is bigger than 50% and in some cases goes up to even 90%.
