It clearly states in the official FAQ thread that it's frowned upon and now with the new requirement, I think we should enforce it otherwise we'll end up having idiots begging for merit everywhere. If users think this thread is overkill, let me know and I'll close it. This is just my opinion given the current state of the forum. All Merit begging can be posted here, PMs, threads, posts.
