Are you going to open crypto bank? What is the difference between your project and simple crypto wallet, besides the cards’ emission (this idea is widespread) and changing crypto to fiat?

Good question and I would not call it a "crypto-bank" but more of digital banking services with seamless cryptocurrency integration.

Current crypto-wallet services allow you to send crypto to a wallet ---> spend via debit card and that's it.

We've realised that there is more of a use-case and demand if we offer personalised banking services, crypto wallets, cards and lending all in one eco-system.

This means you'll be able to send cross-border payments (using Stellar), set-up direct debits, pay in salary, everything you would do today with your bank account.

For us, we beleive this is where the market is going, there are just way too many fragmented apps doing the same thing. HubrisOne, offers them all under one roof.

The concept of an integration between the banks, fiat, and crypto has been a long overdue proposal, many projects had already launched and some are still under development but sad to say, until now no one would be able to deliver the best project using that idea, hoping that this one is the right one that we have waited long.

Many thanks for your thoughts on this thread and I completely agree. We've seen attempts being made however no delivery of product, and no end result. For us, we spent a significant amount of time considering the regulatory possibilities, required technical capabilities and sought out the right partners to make this a possibility.

Additionally, what we have found surprising is the amount of money that has been raised and still no end result or delivery of a product. The crypto market is maturing and more serious projects are coming out of the woodwork after many months of research and feasibility studies.

We've calculated that we would be able to launch our first version of HubrisOne to our customers/investors and have at least 12-18months funding runway until our next funding (if needed).

Many thanks for your question. We are still working on these details and will be releasing Equity crowdfund and token distribution pack in the next few days to a week. But i can give you an idea.

We are doing our token sale and distribution a little different than other ICO sales.

We will be issuing equity shares via www.crowdcube.com with a minimum investment amount of £10.

Each investor that buys an equity share will be allocated X amount of Hubris tokens.

For example: James buys £1,000 shares of HubrisOne Technologies Ltd. he will receive more Hubris tokens than Janet who only purchased £100 shares.

But each shareholder will be allocated tokens at no extra cost. This means our investors will own a share of the company and benefit in the token distribution.

We have allocated 300-400M Hubris tokens to this equity crowdsale. We will release more in-depth details as time goes on. Please register hubrisone.com/register for all important updates.
