Title: [ANN] Supernova (SNOVA) ERC20 Token (TWNKL fork)
Post by: supernova_token on September 19, 2018, 07:10:44 PM
SUPERNOVA

TL;DR
Twinkle (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2735483.0) ERC20 token is going to become Supernova on 9/28. Make sure you deposit your TWNKL in SouthXchange before that day!

* Background

Twinkle (TWNKL) is an ERC20 token created by the Rainbow Currency Foundation (RCF). This token was sold on ICO at $0.01 (USD) per unit on November 2017 and then it was open for trading in Cryptocoinstreet (exchange created by RCF), SouthXchange, ForkDelta and possibly other minor exchanges. They issued 100 billion tokens but only a fraction was in possession of users (an estimated amount of 800 million tokens). Free market price was much lower than the ICO price (lower than 10 satoshis most of the time), and this was a burden on RCF. Near mid 2018 RCF attempted to manipulate the price by forcing SouthXchange (TWNKL main exchange at the time) to set a minimum price for Twinkle. They refused, and RCF proceeded to attempt delisting the coin from all exchanges except Cryptocoinstreet which they control and was the only one where they could introduce the minimum price they wanted. Delisting procedure failed, and they were forced to fork their token into another coin with a private blockchain that can only be traded in Cryptocoinstreet. This forked coin is also called Twinkle but with a trading symbol of YEM (Your Everyday Money).

The swap from TWNKL to YEM was set to be done in Cryptocoinstreet in August 2018. RCF recommended users to swap their tokens because the old TWNKL would be worthless. After the swap deadline, RCF started dumping their stock of TWNKL in the free market causing the price to crash. They hold over 99% of the 100 billion issued TWNKL plus all the tokens swapped for YEM. In other words they have a virtually unlimited stock of TWNKL to flood the market and keep the price at near zero. This is RCF way of punishing users that did not swap their TWNKL to YEM.

There is only one way to get RCF out of our way: we need to fork TWNKL and empty RCF wallet so that they cannot crash the price. This fork is called Supernova!

* Steps Forward

The hardest part is to make sure RCF tokens are actually left behind and not migrated to Supernova. We need a way to filter them and this part is not trivial considering many TWNKL are held at shared wallets (exchanges).

For this reason we have come to an agreement with SouthXchange, which is the largest holder of TWNKL aside from RCF, and we will fork the coin directly in that exchange. It will happen on 9/28.
If you have any TWNKL in another wallet (e.g. MyEtherWallet) or exchange please transfer them to SouthXchange before 9/28.

* Total Supply

The total supply of Supernova will be whatever amount is held by users. It is estimated that users hold ~800 million TWNKL. No new tokens will be issued, only existing TWNKL will be forked (except for the near unlimited stock held by RCF, those will remain behind in the old token).

* Technical Specs

Type: ERC20
Contract address: To be announced
Max supply: To be announced (possibly around 800 million)
Exchanges: SouthXchange (https://www.southxchange.com)
Original token: TWNKL (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2735483.0) (Contract (https://etherscan.io/token/0xfbd0d1c77b501796a35d86cf91d65d9778eee695))

It would appear your suggestion is to fork a registered  ERC20 Token without the registered founding body approval, which may be unlawful. Whether or not the trading symbol was changed, had nothing to do with any type of fork IMO. It would also appear IMO the writer of this Supernova fork suggestion did NOT read or understand the RCF boards updates on the reasons and changes to their registered ERC20 Token.

As for making allegations that the RCF Board has or could flood the market, is contrary to the RCF Boards written goals for token holders to read. The dumping IMO appeared to be token holders/day traders trying to make a few dollars.

From my understanding, the RCF Board and associated partner company's are adding asset value to the Rainbow Currency within the system.

Your suggestion that Token Holders convert to a Supernova (SNOVA) ERC20 Token (TWNKL fork) with NO lawful approval to do so, other than with SouthExchange, would be a loss to those who follow your suggestion.

This is a community fork and it doesn't require any sort of permission or approval from anyone.

As for making allegations that the RCF Board has or could flood the market, is contrary to the RCF Boards written goals for token holders to read. The dumping IMO appeared to be token holders/day traders trying to make a few dollars.
There is proof of this. You can check the holders (https://etherscan.io/token/0xfbd0d1c77b501796a35d86cf91d65d9778eee695#balances) of TWNKL and there you can confirm that 0x6b9290c9d80c0e4f5127fe6f70b47d5c1bc80280 is the largest holder with 99 billion TWNKL at the moment (99% of total supply) which is proof that this address belongs to RCF. This address made three transfers (https://etherscan.io/token/0xfbd0d1c77b501796a35d86cf91d65d9778eee695?a=0x6b9290c9d80c0e4f5127fe6f70b47d5c1bc80280) to SouthXchange after the swap deadline for a total of +321 million TWNKL (the first transfer was on August 20th and the deadline was August 15th). You can confirm these transfers were made to SouthXchange because the tokens end up in SouthXchange's hot wallet address (https://etherscan.io/token/0xfbd0d1c77b501796a35d86cf91d65d9778eee695?a=0x324cc2c9fb379ea7a0d1c0862c3b48ca28d174a4). This can be verified by making a TWNKL withdrawal from SouthXchange and the funds will be sent from there.

A new attack by RCF has been detected. In the last hours they have transferred (https://etherscan.io/tx/0x81f8c618947b464d9ab5905305644aeaa69dc216f403a9a9b1a18d5e133c2b22) over 42 million TWNKL to SouthXchange and the funds are coming from 0xf401fdfb0392734ace83400903a028597bdf80fb (https://etherscan.io/token/0xfbd0d1c77b501796a35d86cf91d65d9778eee695?a=0xf401fdfb0392734ace83400903a028597bdf80fb) which is the YEM swap address (!), i.e. the address people were supposed to transfer their old TWNKL to in order to receive YEM. There is extensive proof of this, for example:

  • The FAQ (https://www.twnklbds.com/viewhelp.php?cat=1#faq35) from twnklbds.com (archive (http://web.archive.org/web/20180927061732/https://www.twnklbds.com/viewhelp.php?cat=1#faq35)): https://postimg.cc/CZ6WHtdT
  • Migration instructions (https://www.allaboutsafezone.com/single-post/Migrating-Twinkles-to-TWNKLChain) on allaboutsafezone.com (archive (http://web.archive.org/web/20180927074740/https://www.allaboutsafezone.com/single-post/Migrating-Twinkles-to-TWNKLChain)): https://postimg.cc/7CKfK4TL

This transfer is additional evidence to support our case. We are excited for finally breaking free from RCF!

Why is it so hard to prevent any unwanted RCF transfer.

Why don't the SouthXchange make the wallet totally in OFFLINE mode, problem solved, isn't it?

Edit: Being offline , only until the fork has done. Then it is up for the SouthXchange to make it Online or not.

You said " they HAVE transfered", imo it will defect Twinkle may face again for another killing dumps, like previous one.

So if SouthXchange don't close their wallet door, RCF may keep trying continue to transfer to there.

I mean how can you filter it out, when RCF had sent it out, and isn't it being too late to figure it out?

So make the wallet OFFLINE while Forking , is the best solution.

SouthXchange is blocking RCF transfers, but it can happen only *after* the transfer. They obviously cannot prevent on-chain transactions.

Why don't the SouthXchange make the wallet totally in OFFLINE mode, problem solved, isn't it?
Wallet is online so that users can deposit their tokens that are in their own wallets and/or other exchanges.

You said " they HAVE transfered", imo it will defect Twinkle may face again for another killing dumps, like previous one.

SouthXchange can block deposits at their discretion. Actually they are already doing it.

Ok, that may satisfy SouthXchange Twnkl stock holders.

Now my last Question:

Now, how do we know that, they won't fraud by opening several new address, say as the "middleman wallets", and sending them collectively to SouthXchange?

Or in case, RCF may already had several another wallets, and yet they may also compound them in the exchange? So they won't use the original one that may be tracked.

Thank you for responding.

We are monitoring RCF's well-known addresses. We are also monitoring any kind of large transaction. All our findings are reported to SouthXchange. It's definitely possible for RCF to "hide" small transfers but we are okay with that as those will not have a significant impact in the market.

Actually, we just follow your main purpose, which is RCF would no be longer in the interference in SouthXchange trades.

We all SouthXchange Twnkl stock holders, just want to make sure that the Snova fork becomes a succesful one.

If RCF still gets the biggest portion from the fork. Then Snova may face the same as Twnkl s trail. The worst part is, they would dump Snova too, a killing one potentially. That may because of, Snova is just traded alone in SouthXchange only, in the future.

We would like to announce that Twinkle snapshot will be taken on 9/28 at noon (12:00 UTC). That means users will receive one SNOVA for each TWNKL they hold in SouthXchange at that time.

We are doing our best to make sure RCF doesn't get any SNOVA.

It would be more interesting if later Snova can be forked too.

Like the case of Btc to Bch, and later the Btg.

This strategy may defend their prices exclusively from not dropping, imo.

Just an idea, maybe you would consider about it.

Edit: Or used Twnkl again to fork for another new token.

If you want to make SouthXchange's Twnkl worthy again. This is what you should do.

1. Offline forever for Twnkl wallet After the Snova fork.

Because you have given people chance. You have asked them to transfer before the fork. It also shutdown totally any shilling transfer from RCF. Briefly said, we just want to have certainty by limiting the SouthXchange's Twnkl amount. By doing this, people would give more trust for first point, yet it may fetch more buyer with the next point.

Sounds cruel to RCF, but that's your idea, right?

2. Marketize the Snova.

You should also marketize Snova into another exchanges or another approaches, so it becomes more liquid and the price may fluctuate too. In other word, it won't become a shitcoin valued under 1 satoshi.

After staying offline, Twnkl would become more safe. And we may continue next point to make Twnkl more worthy.

3. More fork from Twnkl into another new token, but lowering the wager.

Ratio 1:10000, is suitable. Like Doge to Dogethereum. Doge succesfully arose. So we reduce the max supply. Twnkl is still favorable, and this third token becomes more appealing. By having a low supply, third token potentially compound for its own trust, much better if you marketize it.

Edit: If you don't, either Twnkl and Snova become shitcoins. That because their ratio is 1:1. So, my prediction they would have the same color. Your hardwork to make Twnkl worthy again, would be useless after the fork.

I hope SouthXchange read this too, and let us make SouthXchange's Twnkl becomes an exclusive one.

Isn't it right, SouthXchange?

If your coin fluctuates (like now the MLM coin did), we earn and you also earn too, from the fees.

Rather than gets stuck and becomes a shitcoin, then  nobody earns.

We all know, that Twnkl was once, one of your best income too. Imo, thats why you persist it. So don't waste the chance away. You see, it is favorable until now, even though this coin is all alone right now.

lets make it happen, BigBoy. You own a team, so why waste it?

Congratulations everyone!

Snapshot has been taken! 706,009,484.261 SNOVA will be distributed later today to TWNKL holders in SouthXchange. 1 SNOVA = 1 TWNKL according to their account balance on 9/28 at noon (12:00 UTC).

Twnkl offline first, then Snova may gain more trust ahead. Sounds weird but they will be correlated.
Remember your main idea is to stop RCF from flooding market too.

In the upcoming days we will announce our plans. Our first step was to break free from RCF, and we just did. Now our path is clear.

What happened to the TWNKL that were in orders to buy and sell in southxchange and did not forked. There will be another opportunity or there is nothing left to do. I think there was not enough information about it, and those of us who are not experts in the subject, we were hurt by not canceling the orders to buy and sell TWNKL. What is the next step for us who still have TWNKL in southxchange?

I have my whole Twnkl on orders at that time.
I am not canceling any of my orders, but i got all of the fork.

Are you sure you are not on the Bid (Buy) side at that time? Bid side won't be forked, because it is not counted as Twnkl.

I think the dev is focusing on Snova right now. So, he has nothing to do anymore with Twnkl after the fork. Dunno in the future.

I have told, as long as the wallet keeps open, the RCF guy may inject his billions of Twnkl, and sells any high Bids position as they like.

So basically, Twnkl will not go anywhere higher as long as the wallet keeps open. We do not know the condition now, probably it is not been blocked anymore, after the fork. Because SouthXchange did not give any announcement about it.

As Twnkl holder, we just hope there will be another fork from Twnkl. But i prefer the next fork is 1:10000. So the new token would have a traction in price.

If RCF guy send em all, (which I doubt he will), roughly new token would be just nearly 10 billion. That because 1 new token will be forked by 10000 twnkl.
This is a probability, maybe happen maybe not.

If you think there is no hope on Twnkl, then sell it, is the only option.

I have sell out all of my snova, you're late for any information or progress.

Right now, the 1 sat buyer becomes exhausted. So imo, this gonna be bad, it will have the same color like Twnkl, the next shitcoin in the list.

ATTENTION

On Monday October 15th at noon (UTC) SNOVA will be reverse split at a ratio of 1:100. That means your holding of SNOVA will be reduced 100 times. For example, if you have 28,570,948 SNOVA now, on 10/15 you will end up with 285,709.48 SNOVA. This applies to everyone so the valuation of your SNOVA will not change. In other words, the unit of SNOVA will become 100 times more valuable. We are doing this so that SNOVA is easier to trade for BTC. After this change you should expect a higher trading volume for SNOVA.

This will happen directly in SouthXchange so please make sure you keep your SNOVA in that exchange at least until we notify the reverse split has been successful.

SUCCESS

SNOVA reverse split has been successful! We have removed 2 zeros from the token and there are now 7,060,094.842 tokens in circulation. The rest of the tokens have been burned (here (https://etherscan.io/address/0xa6f94bb5817037bbd076a5cbfd84f7b737c64904)). You can expect now a huge increase in price, not only because of the reduction in supply but also because the coin is now easier to trade for BTC.

More news coming soon!

Of course it won't last long, because many people will sell it. Now I see prices drop more than 40%. Snova seems has been experience a lot of changes in price at southexchange today. Hopefully it's not so bad, so the price won't reaches below 100 satoshi.
