Why is he the one making the important announcements for the newbie section? It seems odd and I'd really like to know, hope I'm not being rude to him by asking.

He wasn't kicked, he voluntarily deleted his account(or asked for it to be deleted), and he's still around, with a new username. Title: Re: This mr.
