Bounty hunters are mostly affected by restrictions. First of all, we need to clearly identify advantages and disadvantages of new restriction.

The major aim of the decision has successfully achieved so far. But this will be a good chance to underground merit markets even though it is illegal. To get more benefits from new rules, role of smerit holder is also important. There can be some unpopular merit holders who never motivate others with merits. These things also need to be considered in such a situation. In case of copper members, newbie copper members can wear signatures. It will make a new issue if each and every newbie buy a copper membership. I am glad to have your opinion about progress due to new regulations.
