It was May 2013, when an international team of 28 academics, entrepreneurs and experts in the healthcare industry founded healthbank cooperative. The
goal was to give back control over the asset class of personal health data to the rightful owners: the people. The first release of the platform was launched in July 2016.

Hello, Guys, I read that there's another token, the HBC, what can you tell me about that token?

The HBC Token is an internal token and can only be used within the healthbank platform to
a) redeem for health services
b) receive for services or health data exchanged by individual users or
c) exchanged 1 to 1 for HBE Tokens.

HBC Token is meant to incentive ecosystem stakeholders to exchange health data and develop services on the healthbank platform.

What is unique about Healthbank and how will your project address the existing problems in relation to health data?

Hi, one principle is unique to healthbank as one organization: the unconditional consent to connect data sources, to store data, and the consent to process and exchange health data on behalf of the user.

The project is revolutionising how personal health data is exchanged, stored and monetized. I like the fact that the core of the healthbank application is the user platform, that enables the user to manage their health data effectively and efficiently.

I like the idea that this is already an ongoing project, also you have already 200,000 users.

My questions are.

1.- Are you planning on moving everything into the Ethereum platform?
2.- Do you have a minimum cap for that, if you don't get 100,000 CHF the project will not move into Ethereum?

Hello, we appreciate your question. healthbank will launch an Initial Token Offering to finance the development of the healthbank ecosystem. healthbank will issue the HBE Token, which will hold the financial equity rights of the healthbank cooperative (Anteilsscheine) and include dividends.

How's the technical development of the project comming on?

We are operational since 2 years with our release beginning 2018 we have fully end2end encryption and GDPR compliance. API to integrate partners are running.

The HBE Token will hold financial equity rights of healthbank cooperative and include dividends. The team has a very strong expertise and I can really see why they are doing an ICO.

Anyone who has medical data will benefit from this project! You as a user can upload your health data, integrate with different apps (for example, integrate your fitbit) and have all of your data completely end to end encrypted, making it completely secure. We are working with lots of exciting partners to help bring more great functionality to healthbank.
