I encountered still with such interesting thing in my wallet blockchain.info ahhh! on my account there is a certain amount of bitcoin and it is gray with the signature non-spendable . please explain what it means? can I withdraw these bitcoins? thank you!

Oh and in case you don't know, you can pay a small amount to lift some limits, basically you'll have almost the same thing a member does. And no you can't withdraw it, its only just for tracking transaction from that address.

You weren't disqualified, you have given a new opportunity to prove you are worth becoming a junior member. BTW blockchain.info is long gone, it's blockchain.com so make sure you're using the right wallet. I didn't know they support watch wallets.
