Are you serious, or are you just using term "CEO" in casual manner? Essentially what I read is that your team is looking for someone who will have the power to fire anyone from the team. And if there's no one within your team who have enough skills, experience and confidence to take the lead, how will you assess competence of applicants at all?

What's the legal status of your organisation? Are you a registered company/foundation? If so, in what country, what's the name and registered number?

Usually if a company/project that looks for a CEO, it's already established and the CEO just decided to step down or resigned.

But in your case, you're still starting right? how come that you've ever found a project that has no CEO? I like your project as a decentralized crowdfunding. By clicking https://fundition.io//#!/founder (https://fundition.io//#!/founder) it shows no founder and the page shows different content so this might be the reason why you are looking for. But are you sure that you are looking for a CEO not with another position?

You're probably looking for project managers and marketing managers, not a CEO.

A CEO has more responsibilities than that. Essentially, s/he becomes the person who leads your company in general, and probably you guys already have that right now. It's funny if there's no "CEO" right now in your project. :D

I think there's obviously been a misunderstanding!

You cannot look for a CEO ("Chief Executive Officer", in other words, the great chief)

You're probably looking for a BM ("bounty manager"), right?

So?  Have you found your "CEO"?  And a team maybe?  Or a project? It can be useful!    (It's a joke, dude But we see so many strange things on this forum)
