The dev will be paid upon a successful ICO and must have a valid linkedin profile. I'm almost completed with the development myself but need someone to cleanup things. Upon a successful ICO, the dev will have a choice at receiving the following packages:
75%/ETH 25% Tokens $20,484.00 250,000 50%ETH 50% Tokens $13,656.00 500,000 25%ETH 75%Tokens $6,828.00 750,000 Tokens received will be on a 3 year vesting plan, with 1/60th vesting monthly. The OP doesn't respect rules, so chances are he will find an excuse not to pay you.
