Im not saying that the market and many of its assets falling is a good thing, but Im pretty sure that if u follow the concept of sell high and buy low, then this time would be the best time because many assets across the market rn`t in a good state. BTC and ETH can be bought at any time because there is great confidence that the price of these coins will show great growth in the future in any case I think this is a good time to buy ETH because according to some experts, in the future the value of ETH will increase, even increase many times.
