For this, it had to design a new consensus protocol, called "MIXED PROOF OF AUTHORITIES" (MPoA). The idea is we can trust some validators nodes thanks to their identities, such as existing proof of Authority consensus, but with many identity types that have to be put in competition in a structured marketplace.
