I can confirm this group is involved in many shady activities, also in the past if you have a look at dumbtool45 trust ratings: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=965234
I detected this group some weeks ago and it seems like some of these accounts were hacked for sMerits, you can read more here, dumbtool45 got a red trust later for plagiarism and account trading: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4765490.0

It's very likely that dumbtool45 has sold his sMerits, but I don't know if it's proof enough to give a red tag to the Jr. Member accounts. The sent merits between all other accounts is very suspicious too and it would't surprise me if this is also clear Merit trading, it's always enough Merit to reach the next rank:

I have been calling for this user to be ban as well:  bgpsq (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=176128) in this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4642710.0). They are clearly abusing the merit system and I think something has to be done here to stop those groups.
