Title: [1-DAY AUCTION] List of 25-Unclaimed Domains | High Quality | 5-6 Characters
Post by: bill gator on September 25, 2018, 05:53:05 PM
[Auction] 25-Unclaimed Bitcoin Domains

5x .com Domains consisting of 5-characters
Example : XXXXX.com

20x .com Domains consisting of 6-characters
Example : 123456.com

All domains are Bitcoin related.

Total of 25 domains that are currently not registered or owned by anyone and can be claimed at anytime. All of these domains are of extremely high-quality. I could see any and all of these domains being utilized by a business that can be proud of their domain. Coming down to it, I am bundling these domains and not claiming them to be sold individually as a test of the market. Somebody could easily get the starting bid for a single domain in this bundle, I am sure of it. Assuming this goes well I will be releasing these lists semi-regularly in varying sizes and even particular categories (gambling, altcoins, etc.).

Starting bid:0.1BTC (This is a steal)
Bid Increments:0.005

End date and time: September 26, 6:00PM (18:00) GMT
Sniping: Any bid made in last 30 minutes will extend the auction 30 minutes beyond the ending time from the time of the last bid.
Excluded from Bidding: I may exclude bidders at my sole discretion.

So you’re selling domain names that you don’t own and that anyone can register themselves?
How can you justify charging ~$650 for something that someone can do themselves on most domain registrar sites?

isn't it a smart way to make some money for free? OP has just searched for some available BTC related domains and trying to auction them.. you are right that everyone can buy themselves. but that is also right that the person who wants to register them need to think a lot and find them. it's not easy to think a unique name nowadays..

Yes.

Creativity is valuable. I'm charging for the name you didn't think of. ;)

25 Domains for $650 comes out to about $26 per domain. For a 5-6 Character domain of extremely high-quality and related to Bitcoin I would imagine you'd be paying a lot more than $25, or even $650. My justification is that I could easily purchase the domains and flip them individually, and people purchase worse domains at much higher prices everyday. I do not have the time to do that for all of my domains. There are thousands of unclaimed domains just sitting here in my list.

Auction ended without a valid bid. If anybody is interested in making me an offer, feel free to shoot me a PM and we can discuss. It looks like you guys are going to force me into buying the best domains and selling them individually. Some real gems on these lists, too.
