I doubt a well known bounty manager will take the deal of "payable upon a successful token sale" ; "willing to take a risk and be apart of something huge" . Instead, you will received a random offers by not popular managers here but who knows someone is adding experience to their portfolios and willing to take the risks.

Well then the details are private between you and the manager so hope you got a good manager that will take the deal. Be careful choosing as the community can't guarantee the credibility of those inexperienced managers.

In general the more creditable bounty manager will benefit the project at the end. It will attract more bounty hunters and investors. Good bounty manager will do their due diligence and make sure not risk their reputation.

Hmm, what is stopping you to take that risk and pay up in BTC or ETH? I mean if I had an idea which I truly believed in, I would have paid to people in whatever currency they requested. Your Statement doesn't really inspires any confidence about your project but do hit me up with the details. I will look into it.


Everybody starts somewhere, These managers won't have any experience at all cuz this is the only marketplace where I have seen demand for them. Tho a person who has managed a facebook group or a chat server before will find this job 'easy'. What are the main tasks of a bounty manager? To Spot Fake twitter accounts? Even a high school grad can differentiate between a fake twitter account from a legit one. Don't pay up for spam posts? Anybody who has spent a month on bitcointalk can easily identify a shitpost from a good one. So I dunno why people think, managing a bounty is a complex task, cuz its not.

That is just the idea a lot of project owners do not understand. These days, some bounty managers have been able to build their reputations over time, have so many followers within the community who are bounty hunters and when they are managing a project, it makes it easy for the project to get projected out the more and help build community faster and that is not something that would easily be gotten with the kind of incentive the OP is coming up with and at the end, he might just end up getting shitty managers anyway and the whole campaign ending up not effective. If he is smart, I would recommend him to just go check out the likes of Yahoo, Sylon, btcltcdigger and few other ones that are well known with bounty management within the community.

There are quite some good numbers of well-known bounty managers that has handled several bounties for successful ICOs in the past, and I can say to some extent, they can be reliable as long as they get the job done. The thing is you really cannot get someone who is going to be reliable and you could just end up getting some random users here who would fall for getting paid in the coin, but as far as I am concerned, bounty is a whole lot of job, and if you want to get the best, you may have to find a good manager with reasonable incentive than what you are proposing.

I recommend entering WPP in the list, I have done some bounties and succeeded. the service they provide is also quite satisfying. It's just that if you use tokens in payment I think there will be very few participants who follow. Many people prefer to take part in bounties paid through btc or usd

Searching for bounties of bounty manger mate. You may write a pm to the managers zapo, Yahoo, edwarded or need money. I think one of them will be accepted your deal and it will be helpful to you mate.

If you wish to good manager i would recommend you to go with yahoo only. Most trustable manager in this forum.

I think this offer has expired, I'm sure he has found a manager for his project. nothing must be answered here.

Some time ago I had participated in one of the ICO projects in the management by Astargath and the project was finished. They also had a solid and responsive team in receiving complaints from each member. I think this is one of the good bounty managers who are interested and want to follow it. just look for the ico project in the marketplace who knows if you can find it there.

I am at cryptoworld around two years and have some experiense in bounty and community management, uk/ru/en translation, google tabs etc. I have some time to help you with it.

I do not think there will be many people willing to work in this position at the end of 2018. People's trust in new projects weakened due to the many scams and unprofitable projects with no prospects.

Payable upon successful token sale? It means that all efforts could go unrewarded depending on the turnout of the  token sale?

Unless the team wants to pay in advance using eth or $. if it is paid for with tokens I think it is currently difficult to get valuable tokens. the risk of scam is also something that is frightening for managers.

I see many campaign managers getting negative trust because they are willing to work and promote a new project (scam project) at the end of this year. this is very sad because the guarantee on the project itself is not there, many investors lose their money and the bounty hunters get token which has no value.
