Algo? Algo is Hashing Algo. That is not Consensus. POW alone is Sybil Deterrence Mechanism, not Consensus.
You may think like BTC using POW + Longest chain/Heaviest Chain Selection Rule

upd: ahhhh... seems I am a fool. I need to read till end, where said I must send 51.0001 PHL, not a 50. )) ok.

Q: If a swap will be complete, is an ability to get TXID of swap transaction? For example, with artefact in back PHL transaction with small amount of coin or somehow differently.

And lastly with regards to your question, YES it should produce a txid as the result of the swap but it will depend on your browser - if you commence the swap through an android browser it will not produce a txid I believe
