If that was all you're doing, then probably not... however as malboroza has highlighted, you're selling HYIP websites for $60. That IS definitely red tag worthy, IMHO. As for the OP: The supposed disclaimer (don't invest in HYIP sites) doesn't make my feedback invalid. You are engaging in setting up scam sites. If I go around stealing car stereos - yes, I'm old enough to remember when that was a thing - while saying "don't leave your car unlocked and don't buy a stolen car stereo" that doesn't make me less of a criminal.
