Scammers will always find a way to scam. But if you are a Bitcoin bookie/casino and you want to appeal to the Bitcoin audience, then KYC is an absolute no-go. There can be other ways of finding out multi accounts. I bet you your 20 accounts are flagged even with VPN, if guys like you are willing to waste your time just signing up and trying to reach cashout, the same guys will be finding a way around KYC.

There are other ways besides KYC too to weed out scammers.

Yesterday i regiestered account in Skywage with recomended name and number for btc community,
At the registration process Site didnt Ask for Password and never give it after that.
After checking settings i thought its gonna send code via email after each try for login, so i just activated promo and tried to place bet.
About 1 hour i tried to place a bet but i couldnt . It shows something like 15 sec timer and says click on confirmation . There was nothing clickable there and i couldnt place any bet.

That is exactly correct, we did experience a high volume of multiple accts set up via VPN.  I was told over 40 were created Sunday all betting 4 team parlays (same wagering profile, soccer parlays).  The $25 Promo we created for those who wanted to test drive SkyWage - review offerings, wagering platform and get a feel for things.  Definitely takes time to set up that many email accts just take a shot at winning a few hundred.

had a long chat with skywage on email regarding horse racing and they told me they have another site called usdice.com that has better horse racing lines so they created an account for me
yesterday I decided to deposit a little and try the site so I send 0.03 BTC to the deposit address they gave me and it's been over 24 hours still support aren't answering
also now I'm trying to login to usdice and it's showing invalid username or password which may mean they blocked my access to the site

can't confirm that's a complete scam since this is the first site I see that don't credit player's deposits and usually the scam happens when the players want to withdraw

anyways better to not try them at all for now till at least they show up again here and give an explanation
