Post by: shakaru on October 31, 2011, 12:17:15 AM
Due to MtGox Co. Ltd inability to process transactions in a timely maner, reply to support request without public posting to achive a response, and unprofessionalism regrading a breach in security and the lack of follow and insult given by the staff, Shades Minoco Corp will no longer be supporting Mt.Gox transactions.

This will affect the following.

A) Mining contract holders with a monthly bassed payment system in the form of btc, MtgoxUSD, MtGoxBtc and Paxum withdraws.

B) Currenency clients who purchase or trade btc, MtGoxUSD, MtGoxBtc, Paxum clients and any other method of transfer near exclusively provided by MtGox Co. Ltd.

Customers who have mining contracts on pool bassed payout or currency trading will not be affected and only the options related to MtGox productes will be discontinued.

Mt Gox staff has been notified of the split and once the remaining unprocessed transactions are compleated, SDM assets held currently by MtGox will be liquidated and transfered to TradeHill.

Thank you for your understanding.

I would like to add that after the following email, we will not be accepting Paxum either now.

Dear Valued Customer,
It has come to our attention that some Paxum clients have been funding their Paxum Mastercard from other sources. Unfortunately, due to a Mastercard directive, this is not allowed and can result in the cancellation of your Paxum Mastercard.
In light of this potential outcome, we thought it wise to send a reminder to all our clients to clarify this situation. As stated by Mastercard in their regulations for Prepaid Mastercards; Prepaid Mastercards can only be funded through the original provider of the card. ie: Paxum Mastercards can only be funded/loaded through Paxum ewallet checking accounts, and through no other source.
What does this mean for you? This means that if you have been actively using an external funding source for your Paxum Mastercard, we strongly advise that you discontinue this method of funding immediately. Mastercard can, and will, cancel your Prepaid Paxum Mastercard if funds are deposited from sources other than Paxum.
Refund payments are NOT affected by this directive however, allowing you to continue making purchases with your Mastercard safe in the knowledge that, should you change your mind about your purchase, you can still get a refund.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not reply to this email directly. Instead, please open a ticket through the Message Center in your Paxum account control panel, and we will promptly assist you.
Thank you for choosing to use Paxum for your ewallet transfer and payment needs.
Sincerely,
The Paxum Team
