And why not? In case you haven't been keeping with the Joneses, Bitcoin's the only cryptocurrency you can easily use now for every-day spending, and has consistently been recorded as having lower and lower uses for illicit purposes since at least 2016. Recent reports - there are many sources to choose from - like this from the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies (http://www.defenddemocracy.org/content/uploads/documents/MEMO_Bitcoin_Laundering.pdf) show less than 1% of Bitcoin transactions are for illegal purposes.

You think the US dollar or say Paypal could boast of such low figures?

@OP: I do get a couple every week, but since I'm one of those who can't really tell good from very good, a bit too pricey for me. Perhaps will consider for a gift in future though.

I thought it would be wine made out of bitcoins or at least made using bitcoin ecosystem, funded by bitcoins etc.
But it always nice to see new shop accepting cryptocurrencies 👍

This is great, not only do you have some very fine wines but take bitcoin in payment! a win win position. Ican buy bitcoin now while it's low keep it for a while, when it goes up buy some fine wines to lay down and watch them appreciate in value! alternatively...  I Could live in a bitcoin fueled drunken stupor.
All joking aside it's switched on businesses like this that will drive bitcoins continued success.

I think this is great. Not just us accepting BTC for fine wine it seems. Hope we will see more people doing it.

We can make tailor made shipment upon request, it depends on the country.

Yes, all our wines are shipped from France (EX-BORDEAUX) which is very important regarding traceability and quality.
A wine that have travelled around the world might be damaged.
Our fine wines are stored in perfect conditions (temperature, humidity, security) at Bordeaux City Bond, a giant safe.

Have you had any problems with wines becoming spoiled during the transport (because of bad conditions)
