Also it is not the account ; it is the person who is banned. Your question does not mentions which account you are talking about. In addition, if you got banned for plagiarism your chances of getting unbanned are as close to zero as you can get. Have a gander at all the threads in Meta where plagiarists say the same things you just said here--sorry, won't happen again, give me another chance, my family is starving, etc. None of those ever sways a moderator to unban a copy/paster.
