Title: Cryptsy made my money DISSAPEAR, it's GONE, NOWHERE. (GTFIH) Post by: giveBTCpls on March 06, 2014, 05:07:09 PM Hi, I made a sell order of 18.something AUR, as I clicked sell it dissapeared. The order is not showing, there is no money on my AUR balance or on my BTC balance (the order didnt go throught). I am specially annoyed since right now I dont want to sell them (i didnt want to sell them this cheap as they will go up in a couple of days, I was just trying to have some impact in the market), and I cant cancel the sell order because it's not showing up. It basically means the money DISSAPEARED. It's nowhere. Not on the AUR deposit, not on the BTC deposit, no orders!!!! what, the, FUCK. Just what the fuck is going on on there. It's not just the usual shitty lag, it has been like this for like 10 minutes now, getting really tense there.
Did this happen to anyone else too? How did you solve it? HELP. I have already a ticket going but im scared that they are as slow as their fucking shitty ass LAG. Bitcoins disapeared - I did not make any withdrawal or trade and it is clear from history of deposits, trades and withdrawals that coins should be there. I hope it is only temporary, and they will appear soon. But this did not happen to me even on exchanges which look much more shitty than Cryptsy.
