Hi, BitcoinTalk. Please, can you help me, from the investors point of view what is better UTILITY or SECURITY token?

From the investor point of view the tokens which is unique from the other projects have more chance of success whether is is security or utility tokens because we are not using that tokens anything other than the trading purposeBut I think the utility is the best to invest always and need to know which one project to pick to get profits.

The utility token will give you a lot of usefulness because you can try to use your token to get the utility usage from the platform. The security token means you have a shares to receive the dividends. I thought that utility is much better than security token. Remember none of altcoin has become the utility token. It looks so difficult to create the utility token.

i think utility token is better for the blockchain ecosystem as a whole in terms of real-world adaptation. securities tokens are not truly essential in the sense that shares/equity have been around for ages and the system has proven to be sufficiently robust.

And in fact, being a utility token will give demand to a certain token since its needed to the product to be able to use in their platform. I found security token as a boring one as it's just derived from its tradable asset in which case by far isn't that functional. However, the team is undeniably a core, no matter how promising a token must be if the team is irresponsible then we're throwing our money out.

Yeap. I think i got your message. Find the right project. Because you know, building a portfolio is a hard job. And because of scam projects i can lose all the cash=)

But there is so much projects, and each has their own token. How to choose the right one to invest? listen to heart or how?))))

defenetly. Slowly i am collecting the main points, how to find the right projects to invest. TEAM must be powerful and trustful.

As an investor, I'll prefer security tokens as they are a more secure type of investments. Mind you there are three (3) types of securities as shared by (www.thebalance.com, 2018);

1. Equity Securities: Equity securities are shares of a corporation. You can buy stocks of a company through a broker. You can also purchase shares of a mutual fund that selects the stocks for you

2. Debt Securities: Debt securities are loans, called bonds, made to a company or a country. You can buy bonds from a broker. You can also purchase mutual funds of selected bonds.

3. Derivative Securities: Derivative securities are based upon the value of underlying stocks, bonds or other assets. They allow traders to get a higher return than buying the asset itself.

But as we've seen in the recent past, a lot of projects shy away from issuing securities tokens as they as are afraid of cease and desist orders the US SEC.

It depends on yourself. Whether you are a long term investors of it or just normal investor who wants to see the price boom in the specific token. For example, Utility token will always be invested by those investors who wants to see the coin going upwards quickly. They think that utility tokens can go moon early as there use will be huge and thus more and more people will be investing their money into it. As far as security token is considered I believe that it can not be used by everyone but only the big shareholders who has big bags will be getting benefits from it.

When investing, I personally bet more on the utility token than on the security token.

So what do you prefer more from those 3?

I think utility is better.

We want more use and adoption for crypto's and if most of the coins does have its real use, it will increase the demand. We do have our own preference on this.

It seems to me that if viewed from an investor's point of view, it does not matter at all what utility or security token. The main thing is the profit that he will bring to you

My view is that. You can invest in some basic public chain projects. Or highly technical projects. Often such projects can have great value in the future.

Utility tokens allow holders to be more flexible in their use within the platform, and that is an advantage that is sought after by all investors, but to make it, it doesn't seem easy, but if possible, the utility token is the best ever.

At the moment, these are UTILITY, but I am making plans for the growth of SECURITY due to the fact that every year the governments want to more and more control the flow of funds.

I guess the real question here is which token will give you more profits as an investor. If you are good at fundamental and technical analysis, I think utility tokens is the better options.
