Is there an exchange in existence which can help me buy things more than just cryptos? I mean more of a platform which let’s me buy stuff with cryptos.

I don't think there is a crypto exchange where you can purchase goods using crypto. All exchanges currently serve the purpose of exchanging one coin to the other not an online shop.

I do not understand what is the use of looking for something unique, if today there are quite good exchanges that fully satisfy the needs of each member of the cryptocurrency world, I do not understand why all this.

When you go to a drug store you don't expect to find machine parts for sale, right?
Exchanges are .. well.. currency exchanges. In this case crypto currency exchanges.
If you want to "buy stuff", you have to go to shops that accept crypto currencies (or, more exactly, shops that use payment processors which accept crypto currencies).

If you want to see the unique you may ask for the features or something. There are people ask for as I see but you are saying that you want to buy with the Bitcoin and cryptos on exchange.

How do you ask this mate.
