i says waiting to confirm
If you enter your address(es) (NOT your private key!) in a block explorer (https://www.blockchain.com/explorer), does it show a confirmed or unconfirmed transaction?

Yes, you can. If you have your 12 or 24 word seed then you can use some other software, for example, Electrum (https://electrum.org/#download). Here (https://support.exodus.io/article/159-import-your-bitcoin-wallet-into-electrum) you can find a tutorial on how to do it. Note that the latest version might ask you which type of address you were using. It could be legacy (1...), nested-segwit (3...) or native segwit (bc1...). It looks like bither doesn't support SegWit so you have to select legacy type of address while importing your seed.

Did you import your seed properly? In your iOS for example, you should go to Settings > Advanced Options > Import Private Key. There will be 2 options, 1. import the private key (text) and 2. import the account phrase. Since you have the phrase you should choose option 2, then let it sync until all your transactions become visible in the history.

Btw, make sure you have the latest version of the app (iOS v1.8.5).

If you have the phrase you can try to recover it in other wallets like electrum. Let me ask how many words in seed phrase you have?

You can try it with electrum if you had the phrase you can import it and you don't need your password when importing.

Honestly, I don't use this type of wallet it's not well-known wallet but it's listed on bitcoin.org so I advise you to recover it to any trusted wallet like electrum for your bitcoin safe.

The phrase is 12 words long I know it’s correct because if I move the wallet file
the phrases is correct and the password and the key
because and bring up the wallet with a bit coins in and let me send them but won’t send it to the block chain

I will be getting these coins out ASAP bither support was a total waste of time there just ignoring my requests

I have two private keys but bither says they are invalid but they’re not  it just seems odd that I can transfer the wallet file see the wallet attempt to transfer the coins and everything I have is correct and in line with the back the back up I made

I can’t put the seed into electrum It becomes a watch only wallet

That's unusual. I guess you made a mistake when importing your seed into electrum.

Do it again, but follow this guide (https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed/) accurately. Especially read the 4th step precisely.

As long as you have access to your seed words, you will be able to access your coins.

What was the actual issue in the end? Was it a derivation path issue? ???

It might be helpful to others if you explained what you had to do to solve your problem.

What was the last step you did?
Did you just import the 2 private keys as you mention above?

Or the seed phrase is working in Electrum?

Did you copy the bither files or wallet and put the files inside the Electrum folder? Just curious how did you make it work for future reference.

Sorry for the late. Because our team members are in China, and you know the GFW, we does not check bitcointalk forum often.

We just release a new version v1.8.6, and it has tuning the performance of importing private keys and reload transaction data.

Another advice: Bitpie Wallet (bitpie.com) is a multi-chain wallet developed by us following bither, which is easier to use,  so we strongly recommend you to use Bitpie instead of Bither.

Try to create a dump file of your wallet. Then import it on a fresh installation, and sweep individual key.
I've faced a siimilar issue when I was trying to set up the cold wallet with bither (not bitpie). Turns out it was a permission error. So try and check the permissions as well.
