We are organizing big tests of our infrastructure, during which we will distribute $2000 to participants. We would like to advertise this event through the signature campaign on bitcointalk.

How to participate?

2. Send PM to me and say: "I'm starting today"
3. On Saturday, write me a message: I wrote X posts, my BTC address is: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

You should also make signatures for every rank, it just does not look professional presented in this way. Also allowing users to post in every part of forum is very bad idea and some rules should be set before you start campaign+max number of allowed posts.

There are some campaigns you should look and make some adjustments, this will certainly help with campaign management.

Better do not trust anyone. Ask people to post in this thread their starting post count and address and consolidate them into google sheet for reference for you and for applicants.

I understand you are not limiting number of participants but you have limited budget ($2k), hence you must go for calculations for how many people you may accommodate for this campaign and how many maximum post they may write until next Saturday.

Better start this campaign this way ;
1. Escrow the funds.
2. Decide how many people per rank
3. Maximum posts allowed
4. Add rules for alt accounts and neg accounts.
5. Ask people to post in this thread to be selected for your campaign instead of PM.

Or simply, hire an experienced manager.

I see no mechanism in place to ensure the campaign stays within the budgeted $2000 and that can turn an issue along the line!

Would like to participate as soon as there's a positive feedback from a reputable escrow.

My experience from last time tells me some practice before paying off ;D
I will try to fin tune my skills before.

As I read it the competition have 2k$ budget.

Please either find a good signature campaign manager to carry this out for you professionally or check the post quality/merits instead of aggressive hiring. You definitely want value for your money, don't you? Also, what is the maximum number of posts that could be made by an account?

I saw many people already gave you nice suggestions, such as getting a escrow and making one signature per rank.
That's nice and you certainly need these both suggestions. You are paying a lot of money to this campaign, so I will gove you some suggestions so you can make it better:

1- you are recruiting spammers. You need a merit requirement according to their rank. For example, 270 merits for Sr. Members, 520 merits for Hero, an so on... I suggest that in the next week you kick the spammers and accept new members based on their merit points (which is the best post quality indicator).

2- will you pay if 2 USD per post if someone writes 100 useless posts? You need a maximum posts per week that will be paid.

I agree with this idea you should select people with a good earn merit to avoid recruting spam people in your campaign and then use escrow to make your campaign legitimate to the eyes of the participant, or better to hire experience manager to manage your campaign theres a lot of good manager in this forum to advertise your project.
