Well, are there any downloads? What are the minimum requirements for HW of the nodes?

No downloads available yet. I have been (unsuccessfully) trying to solicit some feedback on the white paper first. The hardware requirements for running a node should be minimal, however, since only the UTXO is stored rather than the full transaction history, and the consensus mechanism does not require mining.

Is this an announcement or what?
More clarity, specifics.
