Title: BitcoinTalk being generous
Post by: project_delta on October 03, 2018, 04:43:37 AM
So I was going through so many posts here blaming bitcointalk for not being welcoming of other coins . But lets just be real, this forum is "bitcointalk" and yet it still allows discussions about other things that are not bitcoin. In my eyes, those complaining should reflect on their thinking. Also the rules are just allowing it to be better and better. No more shitty posts, and a person scrolling through actually gets some answers he is looking for. Much organized, much neat!

Your thread topic actually got to me and I was eager to see what's in it,but I got somewhat heartbroken reading it,this is a forum for discussion about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency, not some trading sites and the last time I checked  I think the forum has a section for bitcoin and alt coin discussions...so that settles this part.....

Very well said, the forum has been incentivized as the newbies are now contributing to the forum and assisting others, spam post has been reduced effectively,as making spam posts will only mean you remaining a newbie for God knows when...

I don't think that the forum has actually changed this way.
The forum has warm welcome to all users, and all projects if they are real ones.
Scam projects have not welcome hear as you can see that @Theymos, the forum admin created a topic as a initiative to warn newcomers in crypto world about scam projects.

Of course, bitcoin discussions are always the most priorities in the forum, because this one created at first years ago as a place for bitcoin discussions.
