Customer support system is the back bone and life blood of any system. Unfortunately
most cryptocurrency exchanges do not live up to this expectation to its customers, they
just open only a ticketing support system where traders are expected to queue inline
waiting for an answer. They pay more attention to their fee charges rather than
attention to their customers that generate those fees. We believe that in this fast
changing world, Customers want to get an answer to their problem faster than the
problem itself. That is the more reason why Banks and other nancial institution open
several support channels for its customers in order to systematically handle customers
issue on time.

The site looks awesome.  I have never seen a site as beautiful as this.  Never heard the site before.  800K customers are just unbelievable.  Just want to know how many employees do you have currently and what are your plans on expanding?

cool statistics for a new project, when will this actually launch, i would also like to know about the fees for transacting on the website, whether low as compared to the big players in the market.

Who is the famous team behind this BitBegin project ?

All I can see is that you stole original Bitshares logo and added some tails and patterns to it.

I just checked domain details.  The domain just created on 19 May 2018 and has expiry 19 May 2019.  Domain can always be extended though; so, this does not worry me much.

You claim 600K registered traders, which just seem too much to me.  Also, I don't think just 12 employees can take care of 600K traders.

How many are active in your 3 or 4 obscure markets you have (BINS, EXBT, SHEL, STCDR).
6 people maybe or more ?

the most important and interesting question at the moment is how much money is enough to support such a project?
im also wonder how many of these 600k registered users actually come every day? all the same, usually as it happens almost half, if not more, after registration does not enter at all. and registration is just to test and evaluate the exchange itself. do you have accurate data and graph how many of the users are returned?

We are aware that not all users will come back to trade on our exchange... Every exchange has it own peculiar traders who may not want to leave that exchange for another except otherwise. In that regards we are focused on capturing a total new category of traders while maintaining  the fraction of those that initially registered on our exchange and are willing to trade on it.

In-order to capture this new category of traders, we have started launching several crytocurrency trading hubs across emerging economies.

Not every market in an exchange it expected to be very active at inception. but it will definitely get busy as time goes on. Our structure of offline and online marketing and educating people about the industry will help see more influx of traders and investors in the crypto-space.

come on, the two logos are different apart-from both of them being in a b form, you can absolutely differentiate between the two, unless you have a hidden agenda for this project, but i do not see a significant similarity in them.

It is just a bad Logo copy. Ask any designer about that. Nothing personal. Period.

let's see how all working. so far dont see anything breakthrough about what it was possible to say that it changes the market conditions. if not mistaken, there are only a few countries where you can turn around and where there are no prohibitions. so what exactly there we will need to action now in this countries.
