Title: Campaign that gives incentives that post on their ANN thread
Post by: rhomelmabini on October 03, 2018, 06:57:33 AM
[Bounty][CMCTop100][XIN] Mixin Network - New Generation Transcation Network (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5039883.0)
Archived (https://archive.st/archive/2018/10/bitcointalk.org/egij/)

This is their google form for registering: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScmTDMJXoUguB0mCLxzXSCrGXI4oyhGyJFjomgHK2yXZLjbZA/viewform

They have a strikethrough on their bounty thread for signature campaign but the form hasn't been removed yet and their haven't been any announcement that it was excluded on the bounty now. Hope some DT member will go through it and examine what should be done with it.

Also need archive Google form (http://archive.is/RSjix) for reference.

I have sent pm to moderators, hope he will take appropriate action. Archived Ann thread. (http://archive.is/daKoo)

We also need to use the report to moderator button with comment saying asking their bounty users to post in ANN account so their ANN thread will be moved to trashcan and their account will get permaban.

Transparency bonus: This project sent an inquiry for my management services some time ago, and whoever ended up managing it stole my thread layout. ::)

What did I do wrong? And that red trust slapped on Me...
You enrolled in a campaign where they were asking you to bump their ANN thread which is against the forum rule.

Now you know what you did? :-*

So now I know after you explain it

When I enrolled their bounty, They weren't asking for bumping Their ANN Thread, They have asked for post on 7 different ANN threads

The Fact:
I did post on many (7) different ANN threads not on MIXIN ANN Thread
So Technically I did not bump their ANN Thread

So all that reasons above enough for normalizing my trust status?

How can we know it if it doesn't stated on the bounty thread rules itself or in the google form? Can you provide any conversations that they asked you not to post on their ANN threads?

It was a mistake from my part. I have deleted all my posts in the ANN thread. I request the mods to give me one more chance by removing the negative trust. I have been a member of this forum for the last 6 years and this is the first time I am getting a red trust.

Ohhjj a twist in this discussion but in their rules they never mentioned where to post those 6 meaningful post to get the stakes for that week but surprisingly they asked for 7 post's links of ANN threads.

I doubt that it is going to be removed because the user who gave you the feedback was Lauda  :o but as a very veteran member of the forum who should knows about the forum rules before joining on bounties. So I think you have to live this life with that red trust forever. :-X

Rule

Newbies and accounts with negative trust are not allowed to participate.
A maximum of 2 posts per day is allowed.
A minimum of 6 meaningful posts per week must be made during this period. Off-topic, spam and meaningless posts will not count
Posts with less than 75 characters will not be counted.
The Mixin Network team members reserve the right to exclude any bouns submissions.
Send your progress report weekly by submitting a new post here at the end of each week (Friday).

As you have seen, on my interpretation, they don't specify or mention that 7 posts must be on their ANN thread.
This is why on my interpretation, so I did post on 7 different ANNs
What twist?

So what would be the end of this case? Pain in the ass  :( or Happy Ending?  ;D

I think on this case participants are not guilty

In this "honest" case, please don't abuse that "trust power", alternatively give the justice instead rule is rule for "weak people" in this Bitcoin Forum Universe

I have found "Justice".

Me too Sir, apologize of being lazy, unaware of any rules. I will avoid doing this in the future.

Very Happy  ;D

Spamming one liners is what you call "hard work"? ::)

I joined this forum in 2012 (even before your registration date). I worked really hard for the popularization of Bitcoin and I have made close to 20,000 posts here. And how many "one liners" could you point out of my 20,000 posts?

I have a lot of friends and enemies here as a result of my political views. I made a mistake and you used it to destroy my 6 years of hard work.

I am not going to beg to you. I have already admitted that I have made the mistake. Everyone does.

You made lot of posts in this forum but you don't read the rule of this forum before? But the rules are rules you maybe get second chance only from the user who left the feedback but already lauda said that it is not going to be removed.ANd moreover if you beg you may get ban because it is against the forum rules too. ;D

The red tagging was for settling old scores. If everyone who bumps ANN thread is given a red trust, then half the members here will be having them. Red trust should be limited to those who indulge in fraud and cheating. What happened with me was abuse of the trust system.

If anyone should have been given red trust for that campaign, it should be the campaign manager. It is ridiculous to red tag someone just because he has participated in some bounty campaign. The bounty thread was there for many weeks. Why wasn't it closed down? And as far as I know, I am the only participant who was red-tagged. And this is despite the fact that I had admitted my mistake and deleted my posts.

You are not the only one tagged for participating in this campaign, totally three people were negged and you cans see the above posts to know who are the remaining posts. The trust system was forund for the scammers but it also is a sign of untrustworthiness so if you did something related to this they you also maybe tagged.Do you know some people were even tagged for replying in the thread which looking for the escrows for high amount just because he never been an escrow before.

Yeah. Have fun. I never lied anything. I admitted my mistake. If anyone is lying, then it is not me.

I never tried to gain green trust or merit. For the past 6 years, I made regular and constructive posts here and never tried anything unethical. Luckily for you, you got green trust and merits despite joining later than me. If I had tried gaining green trust earlier (it was easy in 2012/13), then you could have been the one with red trust right now.
