So posting copy paste content means that account can be banned at any time. Lost of your account means you haven't lost anything except portfolio. I know it is important but you have been looser for posting copy paste content. I think you will not be unbanned if you have been banned for permanent. But if you banned for specific time frame then you will be unban after the ending of the mentioned time.
