Title: democracy is persecuted
Post by: gbale on October 06, 2018, 04:13:09 PM
in a democracy that I did not mention, there has been a killing of democracy where every voice that has a critical tone will be silenced.
the parliament will be dissolved and everyone will be silent to see the injustice that occurs because of fear of the authorities.
My question is what does democracy mean to you? :)

In my opinion, Democracy is the plan of all citizens to express they disagree with government decision / policies.

Democracy can also be interpreted as advice, advice from all citizens to the government. The government provides opportunities for all citizens to make decisions, provide advice on government policies.

But at this time many citizens that democracy uses the way that should not be done.s, such as using anarchist way. Democracy is more familiar in a way that is good, smooth, and polite, not anarchist. In my place, citizens who democracy use inappropriate way to look at, burn photos country leader. That not worth seeing, if  want democracy, good and polite democracy.

But if commit murder only because of democracy, for me, it's already out of bounds. And that can be opposed by the UN.

Democracy is a purely subjective opinion of every person on this earth.
There is no concrete and precise concept.

People spend too much time liking political posts and writing long comments on social media that nobody reads.

Moaning on social media doesn't bring about political change.  While people moan their privacy and freedom is being stripped away.

It means we vote for a leader who promised us he would help us out by the things he seen was bad and the things he said he would fix..
But when ever they get in power they always fill their own boots every time..

The only problem with democracy is the greed     take that away and democracy will work fine..
We are always taking rules from leaders when really we need to set the rules for the leaders so they cannot steal or abuse the power remember they do work for the public after all  not themselves like they think they do..

Democracy does not work, it is obvious. This is an illusion that was created in response to a public inquiry about justice. Choose a person who will make a decision for everyone? And everyone will be happy? Ridiculous. The king, who from infancy prepares to rule the country will cope better. This is indeed a very difficult job.
Universal voting on any issues will only reveal the incompetence of society.

What democracy stand for is no longer recognize in the light of politics as few people determine the fate of the entire nation. Where the voice of the citizens no longer matter what else do you expect
